This evening we were truly blessed. The thunder and dark clouds cleared, giving us beautiful weather to decorate the Bodhi Tree area and offer lights to the sacred Bodhi Tree, as well as to all the devas surrounding it.

Thank you to everyone for your participation, volunteering your time, and for your kind sponsorship in supporting this month’s Bodhi Puja, led by Bhante Gunaratana.

Deep gratitude and Sadhu to Bhante for leading the chanting with such a powerful and devotional voice, guiding us in this meaningful offering.

Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu! 🙏🏼

Kinrara Metta Buddhist Society

Kinrara Metta Buddhist Society (KMBS) is a community based society established to bring the sublime message of the Buddha to Puchong, Kinrara. KMBS was formally established in 2005, under the guidance of The Most Venerable B. Sri Saranankara, Nayaka Maha Thera, and Chief Abbot of the Sentul Sri Lanka Buddhist Temple.

KMBS organised various activities including Sunday Dhamma Schools, Dhamma classes for adults etc. We also organize activities such as Metta Rice Project ( every 4th Sunday at Buddhist Maha Vihara ), Tui-ya Free clinic, KMBS Herbal Garden etc.

We organize meditation retreats from time to time, either onsite or offsite, so that more people can enjoy the benefits of a calm and happy mind.

For the community, we organize DhammaWorks Workshops weekend classes, over a period of 6 weeks, focusing on working adults and helping them to overcome work and family challenges from experienced professionals and industrial speakers.
