To fulfill our mission, we aim at excellence in the implementation of our REACHING strategy to achieve the following goals:
Reaching Up: Organize 1 Bible Based Conference each year in different regions to provide opportunities for youth to encounter the love of God and
learning Bible truth through Bible training, workshop and revival seminars. Reaching In: Organize revival events in PEM churches throughout the year & provide networking opportunities for youth to bring revival to their local churches by encouraging a deeper study of the word of God with persistent prayer. Reaching Out: Recruit young people every year, who will commit to be trained for 4 months at AOY SALT and/or 1 year of Bible work to win souls, plant churches, and finish the work.
