#1 โ†’ Rub the dough ball on the problem parts of your body & visualise your physical obstacles going into the dough.
#2 โ†’ Breath out deeply onto the dough ball & visualise your inner obstacles going into the dough.
#3 โ†’ Squeeze it in your fist to make the traditional chambu shape.
#4 โ†’ Put it in the torma box
#5 โ†’ During the puja, the box will be taken out of the prayer hall. This symbolises the removal of your obstacles. ๐Ÿ‘‹
