🌸 什么是涅涅？
WHAT IS NYING NE?

「涅涅」（Nying Ne）意为“安住禁食”，
是藏传佛教最殊胜的观音菩萨净化修持之一。

Nying Ne means “Abiding in Fasting” and is one of the most profound purification practices in Tibetan Buddhism dedicated to Avalokiteshvara (Chenrezig).

透过持戒、持咒、礼拜与禁食，
净除业障，积聚福慧资粮。

Through observing precepts, mantra recitation, prostrations and fasting, practitioners purify negative karma and accumulate vast merit and wisdom.
