Job Overview
Ripple Africa is inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill eleven (11) vacancies for the position of Pine Tree Planting Project Coordinator. The coordinator will oversee and manage the tree planting project within their assigned area, ensuring proper planning, reporting, communication, and timely ex*****on of activities.

The Role
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Tree Planting Project within the assigned area.
• Ensure proper implementation of project plans and operational effectiveness.
• Solve project-related problems quickly and escalate unresolved issues to the Area Tree Planting Manager.
• Ensure all project deadlines are met and activities remain on schedule.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Area Tree Planting Project Manager (minimum three times per week).
• Submit a monthly work plan by the 1st of each month.
• Ensure all project paperwork and forms are completed and submitted before deadlines.
• Submit monthly environmental progress reports and data by the 28th of each month.

Qualifications and Skills
• Diploma in Community Development.
• Advanced Diploma is an added advantage.
