If you want to know who Jesus is, study the Bible. The Old Testament points forward to Him. Every prophecy, every sacrifice, every promise was preparing the world for His arrival.

The Gospels reveal to us who He is: God in the flesh, living among us, teaching, healing, and ultimately dying to save us. The rest of the New Testament explains what His death and resurrection mean for us, and how we're supposed to live in light of it. And the final book tells us He's not done. He's coming back to make all things new.

The Bible isn't a collection of random stories; it's one story. And Jesus is at the center of it all.

Even when I stumble, I will not stay down — for “the righteous falls seven times and rises again” (Proverbs 24:16). My setbacks are not my end; they are proof that God’s grace still lifts me. I may have fallen, but I will rise again, stronger, wiser, and closer to His purpose for my life.

Confess this and Stay encouraged.

AWAKE AND AWARE, THE CALL TO PREPAREDNESS

In the parable Jesus told, ten virgins waited for the bridegroom.
But five were foolish—not because they didn’t want to meet him,
but because they weren’t prepared.

They had lamps…
but no extra oil.
They had intentions…
but no preparation.
They had time…
but they wasted it.

And when the bridegroom finally arrived,
they were unready, unprepared, and left outside.

Their story reminds us of one truth:
Desire without preparation is not enough.
Faith without obedience is not enough.
Knowing Jesus is coming back is not enough—
we must live ready.

May we never be like the foolish five—caught off guard,
complacent, and spiritually empty.

Now is the time to seek God, strengthen our faith,
and keep our lamps burning with oil—
before it’s too late.
