And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as mighty wind and it filled all the house where they were seating.
And there appeared unto them cloven tongues as spirit gave them utterances.
And they were all filled with the power of the Holy Ghost.

When the disciples were gathered together in the upper room praying in one accord.

When the promise of God was fulfilled and the power of Holly gost came upon them
