The Psalmist is saying in his whole life has seen the faithful provisional hand of God.

The Psalmist is saying God doesn't disappoint his people and is faithful always to feed them with good food .

Genesis 26:22
He moved on from there and dug another well, and no one quarreled over it. He named it Rehoboth, saying, “Now the LORD has given us room and we will flourish in the land.”

By this time Isaac has been digging Wells. Almost three Wells he dug has been taken by jealousy and lazy people, who are represented by Philistines but Isaac is not giving up he is digging another well again.
Don't give up. Inspite of continuous battles Isaac is still fighting on. Isaac was a hard worker no wonder God blessed him. He had persistent spirit. Continue digging up until your enemies are silent. Don't give up you are about to break through.

*May God make room for you so you can flourish.*
