Devotional message
"Living Out Love and Kindness by Ambassador Thandizo Maziyaya

As followers of Christ, our lives should radiate love and kindness towards one another. Ephesians 4:32 reminds us to "be kind and compassionate, forgiving each other just as God forgave us" (NIV). This commandment is at the heart of our faith.

When we choose love and kindness, forgiveness becomes natural, and harmful thoughts and actions melt away. We're left with a genuine desire to serve and uplift each other.

Our actions are a powerful witness to the world. As Apostle Paul said, our lives are like letters written by God, read by others (2 Corinthians 3:3, 6). Let's share the love of Jesus through our love and kindness towards one another. Are you showing love and kindness to those around you?"

The Greatest Love by Ambassador Thandizo Maziyaya

Today, I'm drawn to a message of profound love. Consider those you cherish deeply—the ones you’d go to extraordinary lengths to protect, the ones you yearn to bless with love and kindness. Imagine sharing the incomparable gift of salvation with them.

John 3:16-17 encapsulates the essence of divine love: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him."

Picture a future where your loved ones and you are eternally united. The promise of reunion with those who've gone before us in faith offers profound comfort. As 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 assures us, we will be reunited with those who have fallen asleep in Christ.

1 Corinthians 15:50-58 speaks of our ultimate transformation: “For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.” A glorious future awaits where death is conquered.

Wouldn't it be a breathtaking journey to share the gift of salvation with those you love and then grow together in faith, mutually supporting and encouraging each other as your relationship with Christ deepens? Let's extend this boundless love to those around us, fostering unity and drawing closer to God. Shalom

_The Rapture: Our Hope and Calling_ Ambassador Thandizo Maziyaya

Have you felt the growing sense of uncertainty and chaos in our world? I know I have. But in the midst of turmoil, the Bible offers us a message of hope and promise. In 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, we read about the Rapture—a future event where believers in Christ will be suddenly taken to be with Him.

Imagine being reunited with our loved ones who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior, surrounded by the presence of our Lord and Savior. It's a glorious thought! To be ready for this moment, we must:

- Accept Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior (John 3:16)
- Surrender our lives to Him, living each day for His glory (John 14:15)
- Stay vigilant, watching for His return and living with purpose (Matthew 24:42-44)

If, for some reason, we find ourselves left behind, let's remember to:

- Repent and turn to God, seeking forgiveness and guidance
- Connect with fellow believers, supporting and encouraging one another (Hebrews 10:24-25)
- Endure trials with hope, knowing that eternal rewards await us (Revelation 2:10)

The Rapture is not just a future event—it's a reminder of our eternal destiny. Let's live each day with purpose, sharing Christ's love and anticipating His return. You are not alone in this journey; we are all in this together, waiting for our Lord's glorious appearing. Shalom!

"A Work in Progress"Ambassador Thandizo Maziyaya

We all have a path in life, a journey of growth that shapes who we are. The Bible tells us in Philippians 1:6 that God starts a good work in us, and He faithfully sees it through to completion. This isn't an overnight process; it's a lifelong adventure of learning and becoming more like Christ.

Maybe you've felt stuck lately, like you're not making progress. Or perhaps you've experienced setbacks that left you discouraged. But here's the encouraging truth: God is with us every step of the way. He doesn't give up on us, and He wants to use our experiences to refine us.

As Ephesians 4:13 says, 'until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.' Just like a sculptor patiently chisels away at a stone to create a masterpiece, God works in our lives to mold us into His image.

The Bible compares this process to opening our hearts to Jesus. Revelation 3:20 says, 'Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and dine with him, and he with me.' When we invite Jesus in, He transforms us from the inside out.

So today, let's recommit to this lifelong journey of faith. Let's open our hearts to God's love and allow Him to continue the good work He has begun in each of us.

Shalom,

Faith, Belief, and Your Answered Prayers: Ambassador Thandizo Maziyaya

"If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer." Matthew 21:22 NIV

Prayer is a cornerstone of our Christian walk, a conversation with God, and a lifeline to His heart. Jesus Christ emphasized that faith is essential for answered prayer. He said, "If you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done." (Matthew 21:21)

Additionally, Jesus promised, "And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son." (John 14:13)

Imagine the power of belief, like a key unlocking the treasure chest of God's promises. When you approach Him in prayer with genuine faith, you invite Him to move mountains in your life.

How does your prayer life look? Is it a vibrant, daily conversation with God, or does it feel more like an occasional duty? The Bible encourages us to "pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Let's make prayer a constant companion on our spiritual journey.

As you reflect on your own prayer life, remember the incredible power of faith. Believe, ask in Jesus' name, and watch God work wonders in your life.

Would you like to share your thoughts on the importance of prayer or a prayer request?

The Eternal Race : Ambassador Thandizo Maziyaya

"Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever." 1 Corinthians 9:25

Just as athletes undergo rigorous training to win a temporary crown of glory, our spiritual journey is a disciplined pursuit. We are in a race towards an eternal reward, a crown that will never fade. Unlike the fleeting triumphs of this world, our focus is on the imperishable prize awaiting those who persevere.

In the Earthly Games, athletes strive for gold, silver, and bronze medals, symbolizing excellence and dedication. Similarly, in our spiritual race, we can strive for rewards that will last forever. Jesus Himself promised, "Behold, I am coming soon, and my reward is with me, to repay everyone according to what they have done." Revelation 22:12.

Let us remember that our faith is a marathon, not a sprint. With dedication and perseverance, we can finish the race and claim the ultimate victory. Just as gold is more precious than silver, and silver more valuable than bronze, our eternal rewards will be proportionate to our efforts and commitment.

What steps can you take today to train for this eternal race? Will you strive for the gold of steadfast faith, the silver of servant-hearted love, or the bronze of bold witness? Whatever your goal, remember that the ultimate prize is worth the discipline and perseverance.

Shalom

Grace by Ambassador Thandizo Maziyaya

"And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." 2 Corinthians 12:9

As Christians, we universally believe that grace is undeserved favor given to us. It's not something we earn but a result of God's loving kindness and mercy. Grace is the foundation of our relationship with God, independent of our faith in Him. Its value is immeasurable; there's no price tag attached to it. God's grace is driven by His love for us, as the Bible says, "we love Him because He first loved us."

Today's verse reminds us that God's grace isn't limited to our strengths but shines brightest in our weaknesses. His strength is perfected through our vulnerabilities. It's in weakness that we truly rely on His power. Our message today is that it's God's strength and availability that overcome our weaknesses, not our own abilities. The Bible encourages us to call upon Him in times of trouble. Brethren, don't hesitate to call upon Him; His grace is more than enough.

"We love Him because He first loved us." 1 John 4:19
"Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me." Psalm 50:15

Reflection:
Today, let us take a moment to reflect on our own weaknesses. Are we relying on our own strength to overcome challenges, or are we trusting in God's grace? Remember, it is in our vulnerabilities that God's power is most evident. Let us embrace our weaknesses as opportunities for God to work in us and through us. Let us call upon Him in our times of need, knowing that His grace is sufficient for us.

Rejoice
By Ambassador Thandizo Maziyaya

"Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!" - Philippians 4:4

As you end your day, dear friend, take a moment to reflect on the joy and happiness that God has brought into your life. Remember that rejoicing in the Lord is a choice we make, and it's a choice that can transform our lives.

Despite the challenges you may have faced today, choose to rejoice in God's presence and provision. Delight yourself in Him, and trust that He will give you the desires of your heart (Psalm 37:4).

As you rest tonight, may the joy of the Lord be your peace and your strength. May you wake up tomorrow with a heart full of praise and a spirit that rejoices in God's love.

Shalom, May God's joy be your constant companion.in Jesus Christ name

Spiritual Nourishment
By Ambassador Thandizo Maziyaya

"Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God." - Matthew 4:4 (also Luke 4:4)

While physical food is essential for our bodily needs, spiritual nourishment is even more vital. Our physical existence is derived from the spiritual realm, and without spiritual sustenance, we cannot truly live (John 6:63). Spiritual nourishment sets us apart, making us unique and special, and enables us to become a chosen generation (1 Peter 2:9).

As we draw near to God through:

- Reading His Word (Joshua 1:8, Psalm 119:105)
- Prayer (Philippians 4:6-7, Jeremiah 29:12)
- Fasting (Matthew 6:16-18, Isaiah 58:6)

He also draws near to us (James 4:8). This spiritual nourishment transforms us, giving us distinct characters that reflect His glory (2 Corinthians 3:18).

**Today, let's challenge ourselves to prioritize time for quiet meditation and prayer. What areas of our lives need spiritual transformation?** As we seek spiritual sustenance, let us trust in His promise to meet our physical needs as we seek first His kingdom (Matthew 6:33).

"Redeeming the Time" by Ambassador Thandizo Maziyaya

"Redeem the time, because the days are evil." - Ephesians 5:16

Today, we reflect on the redemption of our time and how we utilize it. Do we use our time according to God's will or our own desires? This verse reminds us that our time on earth is precious and should be used intentionally. We should make every moment count, rather than living aimlessly.

What better way to redeem our time than by safeguarding our salvation and aligning with God's will? The days are evil, and we must hold on to our purpose and understand God's plan for our lives. Just as our Lord Jesus Christ said, "I do the will of the one who has sent me" (John 6:38), we too should strive to do the Father's will.

Moreover, our Lord Jesus Christ even instructed us to "watch and pray" (Matthew 26:41), emphasizing that our days are not meant for relaxation, but for diligent work and service to others. There is much to be done, and we must stay vigilant and committed to our calling.

Let us discern God's will and live according to His purpose, making every moment count for His glory.

Shalom!

*Abundant Life in Christ* by Ambassador Thandizo Maziyaya R

*“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it to the full, till it overflows"* (John 10:10).

Today, we’re reminded of Jesus’ mission to give us life in abundance. This life is what we receive when we surrender our lives to Him, and it's eternal. As Jesus said, *“Whoever receives me, receives not me but him who sent me” (John 13:20), and “Whoever believes in me, believes not in me but in him who sent me” (John 12:44).*

However, Satan seeks to steal, kill, and destroy God’s life in us. He disguises sin as pressures of life that gratify our fleshly desires, but the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). Let’s recognize the tactics of the enemy and open our eyes to the blindfold he’s using to deceive us.

Are you holding onto anger, rage, addiction, or a customized sin that you’ve convinced yourself isn’t sin? Let go of these things and embrace the abundant life Jesus offers. Don’t let Satan steal, kill, and destroy the life God intends for you. Instead, come to Jesus and receive eternal life, just as He promised: “Whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).

It is my prayer that we walk in the fullness of His life, free from the grip of sin and the deception of the enemy. Shalom

*Daily Fresh Bread 🍞 2024 Edition*

As we reflect on Colossians 1:17, "He is before all things, and in him all things hold together" (NIV), we're reminded of the majestic beauty of Jesus Christ. As the image of God, He created all things, and therefore, He is above all creations and situations.

In times of uncertainty, we may question God's presence, but let's not forget that He is still in control, holding all things together for our own goodness. Romans 8 reminds us that all things work together for those who love God.

And let's not forget the powerful truth that "He is in you, and greater is He that's in you than he that is in the world" (1 John 4:4). You are not alone, and you are not without hope. The same power that holds all things together is living inside of you!

When situations arise, let's encourage ourselves with these words: He still holds all things together. He is with me, and He is in me. Greater is He that's in me than he that is in the world. Hold onto hope and faith, knowing that Jesus is the one who holds all things together.
