𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐀𝐃𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 (𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒)
𝐌𝐓𝐡, 𝐌𝐃𝐢𝐯, 𝐌𝐓𝐋, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐀𝐂𝐒 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬
𝐀𝐃𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
1. The applicant’s denomination must be a member of Myanmar Council of Churches (MCC).
2. The applicant must pass the matriculation exam.
3. The applicant who has obtained a bachelor’s degree from a recognized school (e.g. accredited
by the Association for Theological Education in South East Asia ATESEA) is eligible to apply
for the MDiv, MTL, and MACS Programs.
4. The applicant who has obtained an MDiv degree from a recognized theological school
(e.g. accredited by ATESEA) is eligible to apply for the MTh Program.
5. MTh applicant must submit a copy of his or her thesis or an academic paper of his or her own interest.
𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒
The applicant must fill out the online registration form. Apart from the online registration form,
he or she must submit the following required documents and items.
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐒
1. Color Passport Photograph. Your recent color passport photograph (600 x 600 pixels)
2. Letters of Recommendation and Financial Guarantee. (i) Letter of Reference from local church, (ii) Letter of Reference from Association/Convention/Diocese/District, (iii) Letter of Academic Reference from your former professor/lecturer/teacher, and (iv) Financial Guarantee Form,

3. Matriculation and Degree Certificates. Photocopy of original matriculation and degree certificates. (Original matriculation and degree certificates have to be shown at issuance of entrance examination card. Notarized degree certificates are not accepted.)
4. Transcripts. Photocopy of official transcripts (only final grades/marks) from University / College / Seminary.
5. NRC. Photocopy of your Myanmar national registration card (NRC).
6. English. All applicants must know in advance that the medium of instruction is English.
7. Completed application form and all supporting documents must be sent to .

𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐒
The estimated school fees for the whole year: 1,251,000 (Boarding), 1,011,000 (Day).
This can be paid in four installments in the appointed times during the Academic Year.

Entrance exam fee: 10,000 Kyats.
