“When I had lunch with the Archbishop of Canterbury…” is not a phrase I had imagined ever saying. It was a great privilege to be invited; along with the Working Class Vocations Task Group, to Lambe…

Last week at General Synod I was called to speak about Working Class Vocations. I got invited to Lambeth Palace to share an Iceland Prawn Ring with the Archbishop of Canterbury. You can find out all about it by clicking the link.

The General Synod of the Church of England debate last week about working class vocations was really encouraging. I was called to speak. Unfortunately, the length of time you had to talk was reduce…

This is what we’ve been talking about today at General Synod. Everyone has their place in God’s Kingdom. Everyone has a calling to be who God made them to be. Some of us are called to work in the hairdresser’s, supermarket or hospital. Some of us are called to wear a dog collar and some of us aren’t.
