๐| Today, we proudly celebrate our distinguished Board Chair, Madam Garmai S. Gbusiwoi, for her remarkable leadership and unwavering commitment to community development.
As Board Chair of Hope Foundation Liberia, Madam Gbusiwoi continues to provide strong guidance, strategic direction, and a vision that strengthens our mission and impact in Lofa County and beyond.
Beyond her role with Hope Foundation Liberia, she serves as Chairperson of the Trust Yourself Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) in Voinjama, where she champions financial inclusion and economic empowerment for women. Through this platform, many women have gained access to savings opportunities, small loans, and financial literacy support that improve their livelihoods.
She is also recognized as a leader within the Lofa County Women Empowerment Organization (YEZEBU), where she has represented and advocated for rural women connecting them to agricultural training, financial empowerment initiatives, and development opportunities.
Under her leadership, womenโs groups have transitioned from traditional hand-hoe farming to improved mechanized methods, increasing productivity and sustainability.
Madam Gbusiwoiโs dedication to womenโs empowerment, community growth, and inclusive development reflects the very values Hope Foundation Liberia stands for. Her service continues to inspire progress, unity, and resilience among the women and communities we serve.
We are honored to work under her leadership and celebrate her invaluable contributions. ๐
