Family Devotion Message: A Blessing Over Our Children
Good evening , family 💛
Today, let’s thank God for the precious gift of our children.

The Bible says in Psalm 127:3, “Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him.” Our children are not just part of our family — they are blessings entrusted to us by God.

Each child has a purpose. Each one carries unique gifts, talents, and dreams placed in them by God.

It is our responsibility to guide them with love, patience, and wisdom. The words we speak over them will shape their confidence.

The example we set will shape their character.
Let us teach them not only with instruction, but by how we live — by showing kindness, forgiveness, faith, and integrity in our daily actions.

When they see us pray, they learn to pray. When they see us trust God, they learn to trust Him too.

May our children grow in wisdom, strength, and grace.

May they feel safe, loved, and valued in our home.

May they know that no matter where life takes them, God is always with them — and so are we.

Let’s continue to cover our children in prayer every day.
Amen 🤍

Pulling Others Down Won’t Lift You Up

Cain thought removing his brother would remove his problem.
He believed that if Abel was gone, he would finally be accepted.

But the story teaches us something painful and true:
Destroying someone else never fixes what’s broken inside us.

Cain’s issue was never Abel — it was his heart.
Instead of correcting his sacrifice, he chose jealousy.

Instead of growing, he chose violence.
And even after the act, acceptance still didn’t come.

In today’s world, we see the same spirit: People tear others down online, at work, in church, and in communities — hoping it will make them look better, feel stronger, or be noticed.

But God’s approval cannot be stolen. It cannot be forced. And it cannot be gained by stepping on someone else.

If someone else’s progress makes you uncomfortable, that’s not a sign to attack them — it’s a sign to check your own walk with God.

Lesson:
Fix your offering, not your neighbor.
Heal your heart, not your envy.

Grow yourself, don’t destroy others.
