DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT
With profound sadness and a steadfast hope in the resurrection, the Wesleyan Church of Liberia announces the passing of its missionary and Distrct Superintendent of the Wesleyan Church of Nigeria, Rev. Andrew Bondo.
He passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025 in Nigeria.
The late Rev. Andrew Bondo was a faithful servant of God, a shepherd to many, and a pillar in the Wesleyan Church of Liberia.
He was our beloved pastor, a missionary, and District Superintendent of the Wesleyan Church of Nigeria, a position he held until his demise.
The late Rev. Bondo, along with the Wesleyan Church of Liberia , planted the Wesleyan Church in Guinea.
His leadership was characterized by wisdom, humility, passion, and unwavering faith'.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Mrs. Gbolu M. Bondo, their children, and a host of nieces, nephews, and beloved church families around the world.
Celebration of Life over the remains of our late District Superintendent of the Wesleyan Church of Nigeria, Rev. Andrew Bondo will be announced later.
