TOPIC: " THE REALITIES Of PROBLEMS AND THE SOLUTIONS "

TEXT: MATHEW 11:28- 30

Problems are unavoidable in this life.There will always be problems that you will face in life . Life is full of problems and challenges. All the great men in scriptures encountered huge problems and came out victorious based on the way they approached those problems. Everyone can face problems, but only few can become victorious. This is because the few approach those problems with the right mindset. So, if you want to live this life problem free, you are day dreaming.Listen, the reason why problems come to you is because they see you as the solution. Problems will always come to believers because we are wired by God to solve the problems of humanity.You are like a magnet that attracts problems to you for solution. Remember, you are the light of the world and the salt of the earth . Therefore, you are here to lighten up your world from darkness. You are also here as a salt to beautify and glorify your world. Moreover, you are here to add value to your world and preserve it from destruction. So, you are not an accident, but was purposely designed by God to solve the many problems of humanity. Therefore, don't run away from problems, but rather embrace them as opportunities.

However, to become victorious in the midst of challenges, you must develop a positive attitude. You must remain firm in the pool of problems and believe on God to bring you on shore .But unfortunately, many believers don't come out victorious from the problems they face due to wrong mindset. They complain and murmur in their wilderness period. They question the existence of their God and even doubt that God is not with them in those problems. But be not deceived, it is work of the enemy to believe that God is not with you in your wilderness period. No!!! He is with you when you pass through the waters. He's the reason you have not drown in the waters. He's with you when you pass through the fire. He's the reason you have not gotten burned. Listen, how you respond to challenges and problems show your level of maturity. Your actions and attitudes reflect or show who you truly are.

In summary, problems and challenges are part of life. You can't separate problems from life. You and I will continue to face them until eternity. They are unavoidable. Therefore, you must develop the right mindset which will develop the right attitude to approach those problems. You must see problems as opportunities . You should endeavor to embrace challenges.
Listen, God is bigger than your problems. Stop magnifying your problems and start magnifying God. He's is bigger than your pains , sorrows, frustrations and heartbreaks.God is bigger than that barrenness, cancer, kidney failure, depression, addiction, financial hardship, joblessness, and failures in marriage.
Therefore, cast all those burdens on Jesus. They are too heavy and burdensome for you to bear. They will soon wear you out. You can't carry all those heavy loads on your head. Jesus is saying to you, come to me and I will give you rest. Without Jesus, your life will be a journey of restlessness, but with Him there's peace . Give your problems to Him, and have rest all the days of your life.
I see God giving you rest in all your problems and challenges in Jesus name.

Topic: " THE STAGES OF A MAN'S LIFE "

Life is in phases and circles, therefore we must master the circles of relevance to be outstanding and successful.The life span of a man is broken down into years. Each stage has a demand. They are the morning, afternoon, evening and night stages.

The first stage is called the morning stage.This is the first 25 years of a man's life. The morning stage is a time to learn the principles of the kingdom of God , and moreover the major principles of life. During this stage , you should have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior.Also, during this stage, you should have discovered your purpose and calling. You should discover major secrets of life and develop principles and standards to guide you. It was at this stage that Jesus was in the temple asking that doctors of the law questions that they couldn't answer. It was also at this stage that Joseph saw vision about His destiny.David also became anointed during this stage .

The second stage is called the afternoon stage which runs from 26 years to 50. It is the stage of executing and walking in the fullness of purpose. At this stage, you should be carrying out your devine assignment . It is the time to execute what God has ordained you for. This is the stage of manifestation in a man's life. It was at this stage that David, Joseph, Moses, and Jesus started their ministries. Remember, ministry is your devine assignment whether you are a pastor, engineer, doctor, politician, etc. Moreover, you should already be married and having your own family during this stage. This is not the time for boyfriend and girlfriend business, and sleeping around.

Furthermore, the third stage of a man's life is the evening stage.This spans from 50 to 75 years. It is during this stage that maximum kingdom impact should be made. It is a time to start building institutions. It is a time of legacy.

Lastly, the night stage which spans from 75 upward . It is a time to rest and wait on the Lord to take you home. Remember, this is not your home, you are only an ambassador here representing Heaven which is your home.

Therefore, we must be sensitive to make maximum use of our time to maximize destiny. We shouldn't waste our time doing irrelevant things. Every time in our lives is intended to fulfill a devine agenda. We have only one life, there is no second coming. Only Jesus has second coming, therefore let us not squander our time, but invest it. It is prudent to ask ourselves if the activity we are engaging in is impacting our destiny be it social media, politics, arguments, etc. However, the good news is that God can restore years. So, if we have wasted our years during nothing, may God restore those years. He restored Abraham and Moses' wasted years.May God restore all your wasted years in Jesus name.

Topic: " PRINCIPLE OF SUCCESS "

Text : Ecclesiastes 9:10 ( Whatsoever you hand finds to do , do it with all your might)

Success is not in any country or continent, success lies within an individual. Success is not in America, Australia, Europe, or Africa. A lizard in America is still a lizard in Africa. So, no matter where you were born or where you come from, you will only succeed if you have the right mind. Everything you need to be successful is already placed in you. But until you discover it, you won't be relevant in your society.Brethen, God has placed everything in you that you need to become a success in every aspects of life ( business, ministry, career, relationship,etc) . But let's understand that you can only succeed based on the need for what you do, your ability to do what you do and the difficulty in replacing you.

Firstly, let's look at the demand for what you do. Never try to do a service that there is no need for. Don't do anything that people do not want or are not asking for.You are are simply answering a question that no one is asking. Therefore, before you do any business, make sure that there is demand for that business you are about to start.If you want to open an apple store, you should first ask yourself if there is need or demand for it. If there is no notable demand, please quit or else you are heading for failure. But that shall not be your portion in Jesus name.

Secondly, the ability to do what you do. You will only succeed in a ministry, business, career or relationship that you have the competence and ability to do that endeavor.After discoveries the demand, get relevant information and knowledge to have authority in that field of endeavor.Be a person that people will always make reference to. This implies that you do it until you are the best. If it is your marriage or career, let people use you as an example.

Thirdly, the inability in replacing you. You must strive to be that person that if you leave an organization, there should be a gap because of your absence. This can only happen if you are very important. You have the ability to influence and things happen. As a result, people will miss your presence. Therefore, strive to be impactful to everyone you come across.Develop standards inorder to be outstanding.

In summary, the amount of money you receive will always be in direct proportion
to the need or demand for what you do ( service or product) , the ability to do what you do ( skills, knowledge, competence) , and the difficulty in replacing you ( being irreplaceable). As you engage this principle, I see you being successful in every area of life in Jesus name amen.

Topic: " Wisdom From The Lifestyle Of Eagles "

Eagles have a strong eyesight. Eagles have the ability to focus on something as far as 5 kilometers away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from its prey until he gets it.Therefore, you must be able see your future goals, accomplishments, dreams and aspirations very clearly and keep being focus on it till you achieve it. Don't take your eyes from your dreams, no matter the obstacles and impediments you are faced with right now. Those problems and troubles you are encountering today are there to take your eyes from your dreams and goals in life. But don't take your eyes from off your goals, . They want you to be distracted so that you won't amount to anything in this life, but keep pressing like Paul reaching out to those things that are before you and keep pressing towards the mark for the prize. Any future or destiny that you see clearly and remain committed to it , you will surely get there despite the opposition.

Furthermore, Eagles fly alone at a very high altitude. Eagles don't fly with sparrows, ravens and other small birds nor they roost on the ground as chickens. Rather they live on high peaks and are comfortable to be alone. Eagles fly only with eagles at a high altitude. This means that you should only move with people of the same mind. If you want to succeed , you must move with friends of vision and purpose. You can't say that you are a child of God and still be with unbelievers, pretty soon they will change you. Therefore, move with like minded friends who will sharpen and brighten your vision. The Bible says iron sharpens iron. Irons can only sharpens iron, it cannot sharpen rubber or wood. No!!!!

Additionally, eagles don't eat dead things. They eat fresh things. This means that you should not be comfortable of your past successes but always strive to do more. Don't be too satisfied of that one degree , further your studies and make yourself relevant. I'm not saying that you shouldn't be contempt with what God has blessed you with, but to encourage you to do more . Also, don't let past failures to keep your head down, press towards your goal and you will make it. Successful people were once failures.Champions are experienced failures.

Topic: " Gateways to Demonic Affliction "

There are five (5) gateways to demonic affliction. These gateways are discussed below:

1. Ignorance: Ignorance is a provision that empowers demonic operation in the lives of people. When you are not informed of something, you tend to suffer the consequences that it brings. Ignorance is total darkness in the kingdom, for instance if you don't have revelation of holiness, you will continue to suffer from lust and immorality. That's why we are taught holiness to open our eyes so that we can't live worldly. This is because if a believer starts to live like people of the world, he or she will begin to suffer whatever affliction that conquers the world . The word of God admonishes us to know the truth.

2. Fear: Fear is the sinker of great destinies. Fear will not allow you to carry out your God ordained assignment. It is the opposite of faith. The natural thing that man takes from birth except hunger is fear. The devil will harass you with fear if he noticed that your faith has been substituted with fear. Listen, God has not given us the spirit of fear , but of power, love and sound mind .

3. Disobedience: Obedience is the platform for dominion in the kingdom. If you want to walk over the powers of darkness, just be obedient to God's instructions. Adam and Eve were walking in dominion in Eden as long as they were obeying God's commandment. They were the gods of the world due to their obedience. But when they step in disobedience, they immediately lost their dominion heritage to satan. They became slave to the devil.You will be vulnerable if you continue to walk in disobedience. Your vulnerability is tied to your disobedience , while your immutability is tied to your obedience . Find a vulnerable man, he is a disobedient man.

4. Willful Desires: Willful desires give demons right to rule and mo**st people. There are certain good things that have evil at the end. It is not all that glitters is gold, be spiritually minded.

5. Covenants: Every other spirits except God that blesses added sorrows to their blessings. The devil cannot give anything free, there is price tag to everything. The end of those blessings are sorrows, shame, frustration, death , etc. Everything you are going through is a revelation of a spirit that is either consciously or unconsciously.

Topic: " The Power Of Purpose "

Text: Romans 8:19, Proverbs 29:18

I would like to start by this quotation from His blessed memory, Dr. Myles Munroe who says " The greatest tragedy in life is not death, but but life without a reason. He further said that it is dangerous to be alive and do not know why you were given life" .
My questions to you are : Have you asked yourself where did you come from? Who is your creator? Why were you created? Who are you? Why are you here on earth? What is the reason for your existence as a person? Critically think on these important questions and answer them. If you can answer them correctly with sincerity, then you are worth living.

Listen, if you don't have a purpose for living, you are in error. How can you be using gas to put off fire instead of water? You are probably miss using the gas. You will definitely malfunction because you don't know what you were created for. But if you can discover your purpose, you will function correctly and live a fulfilled life. With a sense of purpose, you will have principles values, morals and conviction. You won't live anyhow, but will live for a reason. You will want to impact your generation. Take for instance, Joseph was a young man with a sense of purpose and direction, He knew that He was the star in His family. As a result, He set Principles to guide him in maximizing His destiny.Many of us youths don't have purpose, therefore we can do anything for little or nothing. We can comprise our precious destinies for temporary pleasure ( s*x, money, phones, rent , etc) . We can't bare the immediate because we have no view of the ultimate. We become victims to circumstances and situations. Unlike, Joseph who knew His ultimate and refused to sleep with Potiphar's wife . Without purpose , there is no self control and character.

Notwithstanding, when purpose is discovered, life becomes meaningful.Friends, when you discover your purpose, you will have peace of mind and self confidence in your walk with God. You won't try to envy anybody because of their achievements in business, career and ministry. You will celebrate other people's success and encourage them to aspire to succeed knowing fully well you are serving your way to greatness. For example, how will an orange wish to be like a banana? No, they have different purpose. Likewise, you may even be studying the same course, but you both are different. Your friend may be studying Accounting to manipulate figures for his or her personal gain , while you are studying that same course is to bring transparency and accountability in your church or organization.

Therefore, discover who you are and start living a fulfilled life . God has created you to solve a specific problem, please don't let Him down. He is watching you to impact your world. Be the Joseph of your generation. Don't be like Sampson. You have a reason for existence, discover it and stop experimenting your life. This life is too short for trails and errors. No !!! Your destiny is too precious be an experimental subject.

Topic: " The Impacts Of God's Word "

The first requirement to triumph in life is to be a student of the word. The word of God will guide you daily to overcome the circumstances of life. When you feed your spirit with God's word daily, you will not fall prey to temptation when it comes. It is only the word that is deposited in your spirit that will remind you that you shouldn't commit that sin. Likewise, in the physical world, it is not possible to withdraw money from your account without depositing any amount. So, if you can't read to store the word of God in your spirit, when challenges or temptations
come, the Holy Gost will not release any word out because you didn't deposit any word. The Holy Gost will not say " IT IS WRITTEN, UNLESS YOU READ WHAT IS WRITTEN ". It is what is what you read that will bring out it is written.

Furthermore, by studying the word of God, it will influence the way you think, speak and behave. The word will change your thought, speech and action. You will stop thinking, speaking and behaving like the world. Eventually, you will start to think , speak and behave like Christ. Your utterance will begin to impact grace to your colleagues, friends, spouses, relatives, employees, children, etc.

In conclusion, by being a student of the word, you will triumph over your circumstances. You will eventually change the way you speak, think and behave. Nothing can transform you like the word of God. It changes your character gradually as you commit yourself to it . Your light starts to shine in the midst of darkness.

Topic: " The Assignment Of Prayer In Our Lives "

1. Growth and Transformation: The first assignment of prayer in our lives as christians is to grow and be transformed. It is the highest assignment of prayer. You can't grow in this christian journey without making prayer as a lifestyle. No!! Prayer turns the weak into the strong. It turns the fearful into the fearless.The same way you eat rice and soup to be healthy and grow, likewise you must pray accompany by the word of God to grow and have dominion. out Israel. You can't have authority over the power of darkness without prayer. But when you pray, you have the boldness to speak against any unwanted situation confronting your relationship, career, business, finance, heath, etc.

2. Making request and obtaining promises ( Philippians 4: 6) This is the second assignment of prayer in the lives of believers. God has made lots of promises to His people, therefore we can obtain those promises by putting Him in remembrance of what He has promised us. For instance , God said in Philippians 4:19 that He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory. That's great, we can pray our desires down from Heaven by reminding God according to this scripture.

3. Spiritual legislation: This has to do with commanding God to making things possible. He said that when we decree anything it shall be established accordingly to Job 22: 28. This has to do with making decrees to create possibilities in the realm of the spirit. Friends, you can decree your healing through prayer. God said in Numbers 14:28 that as you have spoken into my ears so will I do unto you.

4. Welfare and intercession ( Ezekiel 22:29-3) This has to do with fighting spiritual battles and also making intercession. As you may be aware that our weapons of our welfare are not carnal, that means they are not physical because the forces we are batting are principalities, powers, rulers of darkness and spiritual wickedness in high places. Therefore, if you have this consciousness, you won't blame your partner as the problem behind the challenge in that relationship. He or she is a flesh and blood, but we are fighting spiritual beings, therefore he or she is being influence by spirits to behave that way. So, be sensitive in your engagement.

Why are believers' prayers not being answered?

Most believers prayers are not being answered because they have little or knowledge of the word of God. You can't pray effectively Without being a student of the word. The word is the foundation in the body of Christ. Everything is subject to the word because it is the source. Therefore , when you are praying find scripture to back your prayer points. For instance, if you are praying to get heal, don't just say God heal me of this typhoid or malaria. No!!! Say God heal me of this malaria and typhoid because you said in Mathew 8: 17 that you took my infirmities and bare by sicknesses.

In summary, prayer is our weapon, but to have results in our prayer life , we must always find scriptures to back what we are asking God to do. May all your prayers be answered speedily as you engage the scriptures.

Topic: " Don't Let Your Defeats To Defeat You "

Text: Daniel 11:32, Genesis 26:18-22, 1 Timothy 6:12, Psalms 126:1-3

Don't let your defeats to defeat you. Wake up from that defeat and face your obstacles. The obstacles will only remain when you permit it.What you don't want, you don't watch.What you don't resist has the right to remain.And what you don't fight, you can't conquer.
Don't give up in this life because your generation is waiting for you. There are several destinies tied to your success and greatness in this life, so when you fail they too fail. Imagine Jesus was going to quit going to Calvary to die for you and me. What could have become of the salvation, peace, glory, prosperity, victory, dominion and power we are experiencing now. That's why you shouldn't fail or give up.

God's blessings always attract persecution and challenges because His children are not of this world and its systems. You are not of this world, so the world will fight against your lifting and rising in the kingdom. So, don't be surprise when everything is fighting you ( poverty, financial hardship, defeat, failure, depression, sicknesses, etc).

Therefore, don't allow your defeats to defeat you, my friend. You can be defeated in this life, but don't be defeated by it by your loss. Obstacles will move if you refuse to be moved. For instance, Isaac the child of Promise was in the land of the Philistines doing His well business but was challenged with the inhabitants of that land. Remember, God told him to stand in Gerar but whenever He diggs His well , the Philistines will take it from Him. This happened several times but He was persistent until He became so great and prosperous than the whole nation. Imagine, one man becoming greater than a nation. He was mightier than the Philistines that they came to Him for favour. They reached out to Isaac to sign a memorandum of understanding.

Listen, God will bless you to the extend that even your mockers will come to you for help. Just keep pressing towards the mark, keep working hard while they are talking. The Bible says that when the LORD turned the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Your greatness will be like a dream. You will be a surprise to yourself when God changes your story. It says that our mouths were filled with laugher and our tongues with singing. This means your sorrows will be turned into joy and your mourning into dancing because weeping endures only in the night but joy comes in the morning. It also says that the heathens knew that God has done great things for them. This means that when God blesses you, your mockers will be the one to announce your testimony, they will be unemployed journalist broadcasting your testimony.

Friends, just because you lost once, twice, or thrice doesn't mean you should give up the battle. You may have lost before, but don't be defeated by your loss. Please, let go of past defeats, failures, and breakdowns in your relationships, marriages, businesses, careers, and life endeavors and focus ahead by pressing forward because there is nothing you can do about the past. However, there are many things you can do about your today to change your tomorrow. Paul , the Apostle said this is one thing I do forgetting those things which are behind and focus on those things which are before me , I press towards the mark of the high calling of God ( Philippians 3:10).
This was one of the secrets of Paul's greatness in ministry.

Lastly, champions are people who have lost several times. Some may have fallen and woke up again. They didn't remain on the ground but rose up and say It is possible with God. Champions are people who can bounce back from their defeats. Champions are not just experienced winners but also experienced failures and losers. But hear me, they have the courage and tenacity to bounce back and press again.

In summary , don't give up until you see results because this world only wants to celebrate your glory, but don't want to know your story. Keep on pressing like Paul said to the mark. Keep looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith and you will endure the shame, pain, defeat, failure and and laid hold on your success. ( Hebrews 12:2).

Topic: " The Effect Of Your Mind "

Text: Proverbs 23:7, Romans 12: 2 , Proverbs 6:24-26, Proverbs 6:26

You are who you are because of your mindset because as a man thinks so is he. The word of God did not say so he will be , but instead it says so is he. This mean that you are who you are currently due to the current state of your mind. This also mean that you will be in that state unless you change your mindset. Listen, this is very powerful and important to our success in life. Your life won't change unless you change your mind set. Your behavior and attitudes will never change no matter how you try unless your mind is being renewed by God's word. So, you will keep being a womanizer unless you get the revelation that your body is the temple of God, and moreover the Holy Spirit lives on your inside, so don't have s*x till you are married. If your mindset about s*x is not renewed by God's word that fornication, adultery and immortal acts are against God's will, you will be enjoy such lifestyle comfortably. Unless you have knowledge of the importance of s*xual purity as a young lady, you will continue to be a slave to s*xual perversion and lasciviousness. This is because you have quenched the Holy Spirit due to your uncontrollable s*xual hunger, and as a result, your conscience is inactive and cannot tell you that you are sinning against God anymore. Your conscience has become dead. Friends, this is the major reason why you have tried talking to some people to stop living a sinful lives and stop sleeping around and they can't stop and at times you even become tired and give up on them. Because their consciousness of sin has not been awaken yet so they keep messing around with sin.

Listen, don't be astonish when you see a young lady having 5 boy friends as her s*x mate . Or a young beautiful lady still having an affair with a married man and damaging his home. It is her mindset telling her that the only way you can succeed in this life, and pay your rent, go to school is by sleeping with married man, so as a result she will even do anything to take that man from his wife. On the other hand, that married man too mindset is telling him that it is possible to be married and still be having s*xual affair with someone. He thinks that it is not possible to be faithful to one woman, he believes that every married man is doing what he is involved in by sleeping around with girls. He has no self control. Maybe he learned this from culture, or maybe the society has the belief that it is not possible to be faithful to your wife because women are not trustworthy. He believes that women cannot be satisfy with one man. This is a destructive aspects of our culture that no woman can be satisfy with one man, she will still go out having affairs with someone. As a result , married men used this to justify their immoral behaviors and actions. The married man thinks that even if I am faithful to my wife, she will still go out to have affair with another guy so let me have a side chick too. My friends, mindset is powerful, it has the power to destroy you if it is not renewed. No wonder why divorce rate is at a geometric progression because of all forms of immoral behaviors which are happening as a result of wrong beliefs and ideologies accepted by couples. No wonder why s*xual transmitted diseases are increasing, and many are afflicted with HIV and AIDS.

On the contrary, there are people having a blissful, peaceful and joyful marriage because of their mindsets. There are men who are very faithful and committed to their wives and families. They fear God so much as a result, they do not have the audacity to cheat their wives even when they are being attacked by immoral women ( Husband's snatchers) . Their job is to seduce people's husbands and divert their attention to them for the sake of money and to satisfy their s*xual appetite ( Jezebel 's spirits). They refuse to get marry , but are like eagles targeting their preys to eat. The Bible refers to them as strange and whorish women ( Proverbs 6:24-26) . Their tongues have anointing to flatter married men. Their lips drop as honeycomb and their mouths smoother than oil ( Proverbs 5:3) . They are agents of the devil that are in human form to cause men to fall. But despite these strange women, those faithful men can stand by their principles and still love their wives. While other men are sleeping around, these faithful husbands see it prudent to follow scriptures by loving their wives as their own bodies.

To compare these faithful husbands to the immoral ones, I will like you to reflect your minds on these questions: Are the faithful husbands not human beings like the immoral ones? Aren't they having the same physical morphology like eyes, ears, mouths, etc. Aren't they living in the same society with the same culture. But why are the others faithful ? Why are also the other ones immoral? The problem is the mindset. The problem is they have different types of information in their minds. The difference is that the faithful husbands have renewed their minds, therefore their lives are better off than the immortal ones. They know what it means to be married, but the others are ignorant. The faithful ones know that marriage is honorable. They are aware that their bodies belong to the Holy Gost not themselves. They know from scriptures that having adultery has negative consequences. They know that they will be reduced to a piece of bread if they commit fornication ( Proverbs 6:26).

In summary, mindset is powerful. It has the power to better your life if it is transformed by the knowledge of God's word. You are who you are based on the level of your mindset. You can never outgrown your level of transformation and evolution of your mindset. As you think so are you.
