KIND REMINDER TO ALL INTERESTED YOUTH

A kind reminder to all interested youth who wish to attend the Youth Camp in Sierra Leone:

1. Registration Fee: The registration fee is US$25.00, and the deadline is Tuesday at 5:00 PM.

2. Required Documents & Items: Please get ready with the following:

Yellow Fever Vaccination Card. If you do not have one, you can obtain it at the border for US$5.00.

Passport, or you can obtain a Laissez-Passer at the border for LD$500.
Two passport-size photographs.
Bible
Bedding materials (bedsheet, blanket, pillow, etc.)
Other necessary camping materials and personal belongings.

3. Departure: Departure is scheduled for Wednesday, August 19, at 8:00 AM.

4. Number of Delegates: Only 30 persons will be accepted. Registration is strictly first come, first served.

Please ensure that you make all necessary preparations and come along with your required documents and camping materials.

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ!

This is to officially inform all members of the Conference United Methodist Youth Fellowship that our Youth Camp to Sierra Leone is scheduled as follows:

CAMP DETAILS
Date: Tuesday, August 18 – Monday, August 24, 2026
Venue: Sierra Leone

IMPORTANT GOOD NEWS

The Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministries will be taking full care of Transportation to and from the camp.

What you are required to do as a participant:
Pay only your Sitting Fee of US $25.00 to secure your place.

REGISTRATION NOTES
1. Slots are limited: This is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.
2. Only the first 30 persons who complete payment will be confirmed as participants for the camp.
3. Payment Deadline: Sunday, August 16, 2026
4. Payment Channel: All payments should be made through the Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministries.

Please take note and act quickly to avoid missing this opportunity. Once the 30 slots are filled, no further registration will be accepted.

Conference United Methodist Youth Fellowship, Liberia Annual Conference LAC.

The United Methodist Church proudly celebrates the successful hosting of its 1st Executive Committee (Ex-Co) Meeting and Cabinet Retreat in collaboration with the Garraway District Youth Fellowship, Garraway District Conference – LAC UMC, held on Saturday, June 20, 2026.

The gathering brought together youth leaders for fellowship, planning, leadership engagement, and strengthening the mission of the church. Special thanks to the Garraway District Youth Fellowship for the warm hospitality and support.
