ACYAA MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE
On behalf of the leadership and members of the Archdiocesan Catholic Young Adults Association (ACYAA), we extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the Catholic Young Adults Association (CYAA) of St. Kizito Parish and the entire Smythe family on the untimely passing of our beloved Crusader, Dr. Mariama Yantu Smythe.
This loss is profoundly felt not only by her family and parish community but also by the wider Catholic young adult family. Dr. Smythe's life was a testament to faith, service, and dedication, and her memory will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.
As we join you in mourning this great loss, we pray that the Lord grants comfort, strength, and peace to all who grieve. May the hope of Christ's resurrection sustain us during this difficult time.
Eternal rest grants unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her.

May her soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Amen.

Archdiocesan Catholic Youth and Young Adults Association Joint Condolence Statement for the Late
Fr. Biah and Fr. Mombo

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we received the news of the passing of our newly appointed Archdiocesan Youth and Young Adults Chaplain, Reverend Father Roland G. Biah, along with Reverend Father Alphonsus B. Mombo, Rector of St. Charles Lwanga Pre-Major Seminary, Pipeline.

These losses have deeply affected the entire Catholic community, especially the young people whose spiritual growth and guidance Fr. Biah had only just begun to shepherd.
Although Fr. Biah's tenure in his new role was brief, his dedication, humility, and passion for serving God and accompanying young people in their faith were already evident to all who encountered him. His commitment to nurturing the spiritual lives of youth and young adults reflected his love for Christ and for the Church.

We join together in prayer for the peaceful repose of his soul, trusting in the mercy and love of our Lord Jesus Christ. May the Good Shepherd welcome him into eternal rest and grant him the reward of his faithful service.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to their families, fellow clergy, the parish community, and all who mourn his passing. In this difficult time, we pray that God will grant comfort, strength, and hope to everyone affected by these losses.

May their souls, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Crusader William Mentor Flomo

Message of Condolence to Rev. Fr. Roland G. Biah, ACYAA Chaplain

With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, the leadership of the Archdiocesan Catholic Young Adults Association (ACYAA) announces the passing from labour to eternal glory of Ms. Beatrice B. Biah, beloved sister of our Chaplain, Rev. Fr. Roland G. Biah.
Ms. Beatrice B. Biah was called to eternal rest on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, after a brief illness at the age of 45. Her sudden departure has brought profound grief to her family, loved ones, and all who knew her.
In this moment of deep loss, we invite all Crusaders to unite in prayer by offering a decade of the Holy Rosary today and tomorrow for the peaceful repose of her soul. Let us also keep Rev. Fr. Roland G. Biah and his entire family in our fervent prayers, asking the Lord to grant them strength, comfort, and consolation during this painful time.
We extend our heartfelt and prayerful condolences to Rev. Fr. Roland G. Biah and his family. May the God of all comfort surround them with His peace and uphold them with His unfailing love.
May her soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in perfect peace. And may perpetual light shine upon her.
