Theme: What Must I Do to Have God’s Divine Open Doors?
Texts: Revelation 3:8; 1 Corinthians 16:9
By: Evangelist Darvis G. Cooper
Message
The God we serve is a God of order and protocol. You cannot serve Him carelessly or anyhow. When you come before a God of instructions, you must approach Him with reverence, obedience, and sincerity.
Therefore, Church, the question is: What must I do to have God’s divine open doors?
According to the Word of God, there are important keys that can position us for divine open doors and supernatural blessings.
1. Obey God and Serve Him
The Bible says in Job 36:11 that if they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity and their years in pleasures.
What you know alone does not prosper you; it is your obedience and faithful service to God that opens doors in your life. Knowledge without obedience cannot bring lasting blessings.
In Deuteronomy 28:1–8, God promises blessings upon those who diligently obey His voice. When you obey God and serve Him wholeheartedly, He releases blessings over your life, your family, your work, and everything concerning you.
2. Stay Away from Iniquity
Isaiah 59:1 reminds us that God’s hand is not too short to save, neither is His ear too heavy to hear us. However, sin and iniquity create separation between man and God.
If you desire divine open doors, you must live a life that pleases God. Avoid sinful ways, bitterness, dishonesty, immorality, and every act that displeases the Lord. Holiness and righteousness attract the favor and presence of God.
3. Be Faithful
Luke 16:10 says that whoever is faithful in little will also be faithful in much.
Faithfulness is a major key to divine promotion. Be faithful in your service to God, faithful in your commitments, faithful in your church, faithful in your work, and faithful in the little responsibilities entrusted to you. God opens greater doors for those who remain faithful.
4. Humble Yourself Before the Lord
According to James 4:10 James 4:10
[10]Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up. Do Not Judge a Brother
The Word of God teaches us that when we humble ourselves before the Lord, He will lift us up. Pride closes doors, but humility opens them.
A humble person depends on God, listens to correction, and gives God the glory in every situation. When you walk in humility, God fights your battles and elevates you in due season.
Conclusion
Child of God, anything you are involved in that does not glorify God or bring spiritual benefit to your life, leave it behind. Do not allow ungodly associations, sinful habits, or worldly distractions to block your divine open doors.
Remain obedient, faithful, humble, and committed to living a holy life before God. As you do these things, the Lord will open doors that no man can shut.
May God grant you divine open doors, favor, breakthrough, and uncommon blessings in Jesus’ name. Amen.
God bless you.
