The Bible teaches us about the diversity of spiritual gifts and the importance of the Body of Christ. As believers, we must take time to seek God, study His Word, and discern the gifts He has placed within us. 📖
“Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant…”
1 Corinthians 12:1–14
Ephesians 4 reminds us that God has given different gifts to equip and build His people.
Sometimes, discovering your gift begins with paying attention to the things that bring you joy, passion, and excitement. What task makes you come alive? What do you find yourself doing with excellence and purpose?
This principle can also guide your career path whether you are called to IT, fashion design, music, acting, business, or any other field. Your intentionality, commitment, and willingness to grow can help you become the best version of yourself.
There are many gifts from the Spirit, and no gift should be considered insignificant. As believers, we must discern and appreciate one another's gifts, helping to prevent division and dishonor within the church. You may serve as an usher, yet God can use you powerfully in a healing ministry. Your position does not limit the power or purpose of God in your life!
1) Exercise your gifts.
2) Be intentional.
3) Stay connected to the Word of God.
4) Allow the Holy Spirit to lead you into your purpose.
Your gift is not just for you it is for the building of the Body of Christ.
