BLESSED THIRD SUNDAY OF AUGUST 2026 AT GCVMI👏🏽
Today, we gathered at GCVMI with grateful hearts, renewed spirits, and an unwavering confidence in the faithfulness of God.

In the stillness of worship and the beauty of fellowship, we were reminded that God's presence is the atmosphere in which weary hearts find rest, uncertain minds find clarity and surrendered lives discover renewed purpose.

May we carry the grace of this gathering beyond the sanctuary and may our faith become more resolute, our hearts more discerning and our walk with God more intentional.
May days find us clothed in grace, guided by wisdom and distinguished by the quiet assurance that God is already ahead of us.

Another Sunday.
Another encounter.
Another opportunity to become everything God has called us to be.

BLESSED SECOND SUNDAY OF AUGUST 2026 AT GCVMI
Under the theme; THE USHER: A GATEKEEPER OF THE HOUSE, we were reminded by our mum, Mrs. Ruth Gyamfi, that an usher is far more than someone who welcomes, directs or seats people, but are a gatekeeper entrusted with the atmosphere of God's house.

Drawing from Psalm 84:10, the message revealed the sacred responsibility of those who serve at the gates as ushers are often the first faces people encounter when they enter the house of the Lord.
For someone arriving broken, uncertain, unfamiliar or burdened, a smile and act of kindness may become their first encounter with Christ’s love.

A true gatekeeper must therefore serve with humility, watch with discernment and correct with love.
The uniform may identify the usher, but it is the heart of a servant that truly defines the calling.

I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness. — Psalm 84:10

Remember; People are not the problem; people are the reason we serve.
Every interaction matters, every gesture carries weight, every act of service can either build a bridge toward God's presence or unintentionally become a barrier.

Nevertheless, we took a moment to honour and appreciate the ushers of GCVMI for their unwavering service and dedication.
Thank you for standing at the gates with grace and making every person who walks through the doors feel welcomed and valued.

At the gate, we are not simply welcoming people into a building, one may be welcoming a wounded soul into an atmosphere where they encounter Christ.
In Jesus Name, Amen!

☕🥐 WELCOMING AUGUST TOGETHER 🥐☕
There is something profoundly beautiful about beginning a new month not only in worship but also in fellowship.

We gathered around the table as one family to share breakfast, heartfelt conversations, joyful laughter, and moments of genuine connection for it was more than a meal, but a celebration of unity, gratitude and the blessings of belonging to the household of faith.

How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity! — Psalm 133:1

Here's to a month filled with faith and countless reasons to rejoice together.

ANOINTED FIRST SUNDAY OF AUGUST 2026 AT GCVMI👏🏽
This special day ushered us into a profound season of reflection as we gathered in worship to receive a life-shaping message from Pastor Emmanuel Gyamfi on the theme;
Mindset: The Hidden Battle That Shapes Destiny.

Drawing from Proverbs 23:7, we were reminded that “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he."

Long before our circumstances change, our thinking must first be transformed for destiny is not merely determined by opportunity but by perspective, faith and the condition of the mind.
Every significant victory begins with renewed thinking; Fear limits, but faith expands.

A renewed mind discerns possibility where others perceive impossibility and a Christ-centered mindset chooses purpose over pressure, obedience over emotion and destiny over comfort.

May we continually guard our hearts, surrender every thought to Christ and allow His Word to reshape our minds until our lives become a reflection of His purpose.

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.— Romans 12:2

May this new month find us thinking differently, believing boldly, and walking confidently in the destiny God has prepared for us.
In Jesus Name, Amen!

BLESSED FOURTH SUNDAY OF JULY 2026 AT GCVMI 👏🏽
This Sunday, we were profoundly enriched by a life-transforming message from Pst. P. Nunlai Flomo on the theme; Stuck in Places🌁.

There are seasons in life when progress appears suspended, doors remain closed and every step forward feels impossible, but we are reminded that being stuck is not the conclusion of God's story and it is often the stage upon which His divine purpose unfolds.

Note: From the Israelites standing before the Red Sea, to the man at the Pool of Bethesda, the scripture reveals that what appears to be stagnation can become the very place where destiny is unveiled.
The tied c**t was not forgotten; it was reserved. The crowd cried "Hosanna" without fully understanding God's greater plan and even Christ willingly submitted Himself to the Father's will, embracing the path of sacrifice that would bring redemption to humanity.

God loosens every chain at the appointed time, and what has been waiting in obscurity can suddenly become central to His purpose.

"They brought the c**t to Jesus and threw their cloaks over it, and He sat on it." — Mark 11:7.

May we never mistake stillness for abandonment or waiting for defeat. The God who appoints the season also determines the moment of release. When He calls your name, no force can restrain the purpose He has ordained for your life.
So may we trust His process, embrace His timing and believe that every place of waiting is preparing us for a greater manifestation of His glory.

; What God has reserved for His purpose may seem tied today, but tomorrow it will carry His glory.
Your season of release is closer than you think.

In Jesus Name, Amen!

GRACEFUL THIRD SUNDAY OF JULY 2026 AT GCVMI👏🏽
In a world filled with noise, deadlines, uncertainties and distractions, there is something profoundly beautiful about pausing to dwell in the presence of the One who remains constant.

Today was more than a service, but a divine encounter, a sacred reminder that God still speaks, restores and guides His people with unfailing grace.

Burdens were exchanged for peace, weakness for strength and doubt for renewed confidence; for every song, prayer and moment spent in His presence became a testament to His faithfulness and enduring love.

We leave not merely inspired, but transformed; not merely encouraged, but empowered to face the days ahead with courage and conviction.
May this week be marked by uncommon favor, divine direction and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing God is already ahead of you.

Remember; What awaits you is greater than what is behind you.

Continue to soar higher.
In Jesus Name, Amen!

BLESSED SECOND SUNDAY OF JULY 2026 AT GCVMI👏🏽
This sunday we were profoundly enriched by a life-changing message from Pst. Emmanuel Gyamfi on the theme; NEVER FORCE ACCESS from the book of Revelation 3:7.

In a world that often encourages striving and forcing our way into opportunities, God reminds us that divine access cannot be manipulated, for the doors ordained by Heaven require neither human pressure nor fleshly ambition.
When God opens a door, no opposition can shut it; and when He closes one, no amount of human effort can force it open.

What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. — Revelation 3:7.

This powerful word challenged us to trust God's timing and rest in the assurance that His plans are always greater than our impatience, for every delay is not a denial neither is every closed door a defeat but every waiting season is often preparation for something greater.

May we learn to walk in obedience rather than desperation, confidence rather than anxiety and faith rather than force. The God who holds the keys also holds our future, and His access points are always perfect.
May we remain steadfast, knowing that the right doors will open at the appointed time and the blessings prepared by God will arrive without striving.

Remember;
What God has for you requires faith, not force; trust, not turmoil; patience, not pressure.
The door He opens will lead you exactly where His purpose intends.

In Jesus name, Amen!

BLESSED FIRST SUNDAY OF JULY 2026 AT GCVMI👏🏽
As we stepped into a new month, we were privileged to receive a timely and transformative word from Pst. Emmanuel Gyamfi on the theme:
"Your Tomorrow Is Pregnant – Be Mindful How You Talk to Anyone" {Proverbs 18:21}

What a beautiful beginning as we broke bread together and celebrated the gift of a new month, and our hearts overflowed with thanksgiving for God's provision, His grace, and the wonderful family He has given us at GCVMI.

Today we were reminded that, our words are far more than mere expressions but are seeds that shape destinies, influence relationships and impact the future God is preparing for us.

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” — Proverbs 18:21

We were challenged to speak with wisdom and treat every person with dignity and honor for every encounter may be divinely orchestrated, every conversation may carry significance, and every word has the potential to either build bridges or burn them.
As believers, we are called to cultivate speech that reflects Christ's character; words that uplift, encourage, heal and inspire; for the future God has prepared is too precious to be jeopardized by careless speech.

May we walk into this new month with humility in our hearts, wisdom on our lips, and faith in God's promises. Let our words become instruments of blessing as we continue to soar higher into all that God has prepared for us.

Your future is carrying blessings you cannot yet see, so guard your tongue, honor people, and trust God with your tomorrow.

New month. New mercies. Shared smiles. One family in Christ.
Here's to a July filled with divine favor, meaningful connections, and abundant blessings.

BLESSED FOURTH SUNDAY OF JUNE 2026 AT GCVMI 👏🏽 | AND HAPPY FATHERS’ DAY TO ALL.
This Sunday, we were greatly enriched by a timely and profound message from Pst. P. Nunlai Flomo on the theme; "Fathers on Assignment – The Theology of Fatherhood."

Drawing from the life of Elkanah in 1 Samuel, we were reminded that fatherhood is far more than a title; it is a divine stewardship. A godly father is called to lead spiritually, cultivate an atmosphere of faith, provide strength during life's challenges, and raise children according to God's purpose.

Through quiet consistency, compassionate leadership, and unwavering devotion to God, fathers have the power to shape generations and build homes where God's presence dwells.

"As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." — Joshua 24:15.

As we celebrated and honored our fathers, we were reminded that the greatest legacy is not merely what we leave for our children, but what we leave within them.

Strong families build strong generations.
Strong fathers help raise world changers.
May our homes continually become sanctuaries where faith is nurtured, purpose is discovered, and God is glorified.

In Jesus Name, Amen.

GRACEFUL THIRD SUNDAY OF JUNE 2026 AT GCVMI
There are moments when words become insufficient and gratitude finds its expression through worship and today was one of those moments.

The GCVMI family assembled not for petitions or requests, but for a beautiful outpouring of praise, thanksgiving, and adoration unto the One who has been our Sustainer, Defender, and Source through every season.
The sanctuary resonated with songs of triumph, hearts overflowed with gratitude, and voices rose in harmonious celebration of God's unwavering faithfulness.

Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord. — Psalm 150:6.

Today reminded us that worship is more than music, but a language of a grateful heart, the soul's response to divine goodness and acknowledgement that every victory, breakthrough and blessing finds its origin in God alone.

Today was a sacred reminder that while seasons may change, God's faithfulness remains constant, His mercy remains inexhaustible and His love remains immeasurable.

May our lives continually become living anthems of gratitude, our testimonies become hymns of praise and our hearts remain perpetual altars upon which worship ascends unto the Lord.

In Jesus Name, Amen!
