THE WAKFS ACT & REGISTRATION OF THE MOSQUE As a Statutory requirement, the Mosque had been registered in 1967 (02nd March, 1967), (Evidenced by episode 3b) with appropriate permission of the then Commissioner of Prisons (Evidenced by episode 3a) and allocated a Registration reference: R/1076/GM31. The current Board of Trustees are mandated to hold office till 05th September, 2025 (Evidenced by episode 3c).
