There is no Mass today. The altars are bare, the tabernacles empty. This emptiness is a call to look inward. Let us lay our own burdens, our failures, and our hopes at the wood of the Cross. May we die to our selfishness today so that we may truly rise with Him on Easter Sunday.
The debt is paid. The veil is torn. Love has won even in the darkness of the tomb.
