The 8th Novena | Sermon

As we continue our spiritual journey towards the 225th Jubilee Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows 2026, we share the reflection from the 8th Novena, led by Rev. Fr. Dinesh Keerthisinghe together with the Faith Animation Team.

Theme:
“මහපොළව මත තනන පුංචි ස්වර්ගය... පවුල”
“The little heaven we build on earth… the family.”

Our families are places where love, faith, forgiveness and God's presence can take root. May this reflection inspire us to cherish our families, strengthen our bonds and make our homes places where God's love is lived every day.

May Our Lady of Sorrows, the loving Mother who journeyed faithfully with Jesus, watch over our families and guide them closer to Christ.

Our Lady of Sorrows, pray for our families.

Holy Family of Nazareth, pray for us.
