*Season of Creation by Church of St Paul's Kynsey Road.*

On the 1st Sunday of Creationtide we reflected on the *'The tears of creation'* as we confessed for the harm we did to the environment. The 'bowl of tears' was filled with our tears of repentance.
The river is dry, plants are dead.
On the 2nd Sunday of Creationtide we reflected on being *'Stewards of Creation'.* This Sunday, we made a commitment to ourselves to protect, to preserve the environment and wrote them on the leaves and hung them to the dead tree.
We became agents of hope to the dry river when we wrote our names and put the blue color water stripes and made the dry river flowing back with water.
What happened when we made a commitment to protect the environment? Gradually there was water in the dry river, slowly leaves started sprouting in the dead tress.
On the 3rd Sunday of Creationtide we saw how we became *‘Agents of Hope'.* Our commitment to protect the environment has made the river flow in its fullness, there are fish in the river, there is lot of green in the plants & they are growing. Our actions made that difference.

Today, September 1, we begin the Season of Creation, a special time when Christians around the world come together in prayer, reflection, and action for the care of God’s creation. This season continues until October 4, the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi.
