• To provide a meditation centre in Sri Lanka.
• To serve as a cultural centre for the villages in Galle.
• To serve as a centre for management of disaster donations.
• To serve as a study centre for Buddhism in Galle.
• To provide Buddhist counseling and mental healing facilities to the public.
• To make available visiting lecturers and teachers in Buddhism to schools, universities or other

religious institutions, whenever needed.
• To provide training facilities for interested persons of Buddhist lay and monastic life.
• To provide donation for poor children each months.

Jayasumanaramaya, Goviyapana, has initiated a flood relief goods collection to help the victims of the current unfortunate circumstances. Goods will be collected on poyaday the 21st and will be delivered on the 22nd of May. Please be kind enough to extend your generous contribution to this massive cause. කිරි සුවද මුවතුලින් හමමින් සිල් සුවද සිත තුල පැල පදියන් කොට හඬනා හඩ යටපත් කරන්නට අනුසස් ලැබ හමනා සැඩ සුලන් යටපත් කෙරෙවෙමි. දුවපැන කෙලි සෙල්ලමට ආස වුනත් ලොකු සමිදුගේ දොස්පරොස්වලට භිය වුනෙමි.

හැබැයි දැන් මම ලොකු සමිදෙකි. පිය සෙනෙහෙ දැනෙන යථිවරයෙකි. හැට හයක් සපිරෙන්නට කාලයට පියමං කරන මහා ස්ථවිරයෙකි. ''
