The Creation of the 12 Tribes of Shincheonji Church of Jesus

Revelation is the blueprint for the re-creation of the new heaven and new earth (Shincheonji), and the fulfilment of Revelation is the event that takes place at the Lord’s Second Coming.

Shincheonji (Shincheonji Church of Jesus) is the reality of God’s new nation, created as the 12 tribes sealed in Revelation 7, after the events of Revelation chapters 1 through 6 had taken place.

As seen in Revelation, God’s throne is in this place (Mount Zion in Revelation 14) where the 144,000 of the 12 tribes who are sealed in Revelation 7 are gathered. As seen in Revelation 6 and 7, the people of chapter 6—the chosen people who betrayed—were judged, fell from heaven to the earth, and were destroyed. But the 144,000 of the 12 tribes who were sealed in chapter 7 enter heaven, and God is with them; these are the ones who will be saved. After the sealed 144,000 are completed, God is also with the great multitude in white who have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb (those forgiven of sins through Jesus’ blood) (Rev 7:9–17). Therefore, after the events of Revelation 6, there is no one who can receive salvation except for the 144,000 who are sealed in Revelation 7, and the great multitude in white. Scripture cannot be broken.

People practice faith for the purpose of heaven and eternal life. As recorded in Revelation 22, if anyone adds to or subtracts from Revelation, he cannot enter heaven but will receive curses (plagues). Have not the theology doctors, pastors, and believers of the traditional churches (Catholic and Protestant) added to or subtracted from this book of Revelation? From Shincheonji’s perspective, both Catholicism and Protestantism have added to and taken away from this book of Revelation. However, Shincheonji masters even the realities of every chapter of Revelation. Who will enter heaven, and who will enter the lake of fire in hell? Shincheonji, which masters Revelation, will obtain heaven and eternal life, while Catholicism and Protestantism, which have added to or subtracted from it, will go into the lake of burning sulfur unless they are born again. This is God’s promise and the fulfilment of the New Testament Revelation. How can one nullify the book of Revelation? It is said that judgment will be carried out according to what is written in this word.

Even after adding to and subtracting from Revelation, Catholicism and Protestantism have called Shincheonji, which masters Revelation, a “heretic.” Shincheonji has repeatedly proposed a public examination based on the New Testament Revelation to distinguish orthodoxy from heresy, yet not one person has responded. They lack the confidence to win the test because they are ignorant of Revelation. Then who has won? Shincheonji has overcome with the truth (the revealed word). Is this not correct?

The promised pastor of Shincheonji is the one who fought and overcame the dragon (Satan) and his group in Revelation 12. In Revelation 10, he received and ate the open book of Revelation. In Revelation 22, he saw all the realities at the scene of the events of the entire book and received the command to testify to the churches and believers about what he had seen (Rev 22:8, 16). Therefore, Shincheonji masters not only the promised meaning of Revelation from chapters 1 through 22, but also the fulfilled realities. Today, the only place that knows the realities of this book of Revelation is Shincheonji. Shincheonji testifies to what it has seen and heard, so its testimony is not false. If one hears this and still does not believe, there is no remedy for salvation. The only remedy for salvation is to know the true meaning of the prophecies of this book of Revelation and their realities.

When Revelation is completely fulfilled, judgment will begin. Those who have added to and subtracted from Revelation and given false testimony yet constantly call Shincheonji “heretical”—we shall see whether they will still say “heresy” at the time of judgment. It would be fitting for that judgment to come quickly, so that those who are judged and enter the lake of burning sulfur may be seen receiving their sentence. At that time, the false pastors will stand speechless as they receive judgment in hell.

Believers, ask yourselves whether you truly master and believe Revelation in full, or whether you have added to or subtracted from it. Those who added to and subtracted from it cannot enter heaven. If you are a believer who desires salvation, let's belong to the 12 tribes of Shincheonji, master Revelation fully, and enter heaven together.

Shincheonji is the Only Place in the Whole World That Has Seen, Heard, and Mastered the Realities of the Book of Revelation

Although it’s been roughly two thousand years since the book of Revelation was written, there hasn’t been a single person who understood its meaning—not just pastors and doctors of divinity, but no one in the world. Furthermore, it says that anyone who adds to or subtracts from the book of Revelation cannot enter the kingdom of heaven and will be cursed (receive plagues). Then, since the Catholic and Protestant Churches have added to and subtracted from this book, they will not be able to enter the kingdom of heaven, and they will be cursed. Shincheonji, however, masters even its realities. Who would be heretical, and who would be orthodox? Who would go to hell, and who would enter the kingdom of heaven? We would be able to confirm the answer to these questions by taking an open exam based on the entirety of this book.

Many pastors and congregation members of the traditional churches gathering in Shincheonji to learn the revealed word have made the Catholic and Protestant Churches jealous, and they are persecuting Shincheonji, labeling it a cult. Nevertheless, Shincheonji is the Only Place in the Whole World That Has Seen, Heard, and Mastered the Realities of the Book of Revelation. Amen.

Shincheonji’s Official Statement Regarding Gwacheon City Council’s Resolution Urging Respect for the Decision Denying the Change of Use

Gwacheon Church of Shincheonji Church of Jesus hereby makes clear that the Gwacheon City Council's adoption of the "Resolution Urging Respect for the Decision Denying the Change of Use" constitutes an unjust exercise of political pressure that discriminates against a specific religion and infringes upon the lawful property rights under the superficial guise of education and safety. The grounds cited by the council are based on distorted facts or lack legal justification. Therefore, we are presenting the objective facts as follows.

1. Unconstitutional and Discriminatory Administrative Restrictions Based on Arbitrary Claim of "Public Interest"

It is well established in the precedents of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court that administrative restrictions on religious facilities are justified only on a limited basis when there is clear and specific evidence of a genuine risk to the public. Imposing restrictive measures exclusively on a particular religious organization and not other religious facilities or large public-use facilities in Gwacheon constitutes a serious unconstitutional and unlawful administrative action that violates Article 11 of the Constitution (the principle of equality), Article 20 (freedom of religion), as well as the principle of equal treatment under the administrative law.

2. Inciting Public Anxiety Through the Deliberate Misrepresentation of Objective Statistics

The “9,930 daily attendees” cited in the resolution represents the cumulative total attendance across multiple services, not the number of people gathered at any one time. Portraying it as if a massive crowd gathers at one time and disrupts public order is a distortion of the objective facts that creates unwarranted public anxiety.

Furthermore, the church's regular worship services are held on Sundays and Wednesdays. No services are conducted between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. on weekdays, when students commute to school. Accordingly, the claim that the church adversely affects the school commuting environment is unfounded and lacks factual basis.

3. Infringement of Fundamental Rights and Abuse of Administrative Authority Based on Speculative Concerns

The city council alleges that the church's proximity to schools infringes upon students' right to education. However, the church does not engage in activities evangelizing minors, and during the past 27 years, not a single case of such infringement has taken place.

Although concerns regarding pedestrian safety and the school commuting environment are matters that can be addressed through discussions and effective administrative guidance, such as improvements to traffic signal systems and the deployment of safety personnel, effectively barring the change of use while refusing to engage in dialogue or develop remedial measures constitutes a serious abuse of administrative authority that violates the principle of proportionality.

4. Gwacheon Citizens’ Infringement on Lawfully Established Property Rights

The building in question is a lawfully owned private property that was legally acquired through legitimate purchase and registration procedures, with the registered use changed from neighborhood living facilities to facilities for cultural activities and assembly.

Administrative measures must be based on objective standards prescribed by law, and emotional opposition from some residents cannot serve as legitimate grounds for denying an application. Restricting the lawful exercise of property rights based on emotional reasons when no objective risks have been substantiated directly violates Article 23 of the Constitution, which guarantees property rights.

5. Imposition of Inappropriate Political Pressure on the Appellate Court

By adopting a resolution that supports a particular decision of the local government regarding litigation currently pending before the judiciary, the City Council has exceeded its authority by undermining the constitutional principle of the separation of powers and threatening the independence of the judiciary. Despite its outward expression of respect, this serves only as an improper attempt to impose political pressure upon the court.

The Gwacheon City Government and the Gwacheon City Council should immediately cease arbitrary and partial administrative actions and return to the administration in accordance with the principle of the rule of law. Gwacheon Church of Shincheonji Church of Jesus has consistently proposed constructive discussions for coexistence with the local community, and the church remains fully committed to engaging in such dialogue.

Furthermore, the church trusts that the Suwon High Court will render a fair and impartial judgment based solely on the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Korea and objective evidence, without being influenced by political pressure or arbitrary resolutions.

If one adds to or takes away from Revelation, one will ultimately end up in the lake of burning sulfur in hell. If one masters it, one will enter heaven.

It is written that if anyone adds to or takes away from the book of Revelation of the New Testament, then that person will not be able to enter heaven and will receive curses (plagues) (Rv 22:18–19).

Have the pastors, theology professors, and believers who have called Shincheonji a cult, not added to or taken away from the book of Revelation of the New Testament? They have all added to and taken away from it. However, Shincheonji not only masters the true meaning of Revelation (the prophecy), but also its fulfilled reality. If so, who then is truly the cult, the false pastor, and the false believer? This book of Revelation clearly records that those who add to or take away from it cannot enter heaven and will be cursed.

At the time of the First Coming long ago, the pastors of Jerusalem called Jesus—who was the promised shepherd of the Old Testament—a heretic. Likewise, today, the pastors of traditional churches (Protestantism and Catholicism) have again called Shincheonji’s twelve tribes, who are sealed according to the book of Revelation of the New Testament and who master even its fulfilment, a cult. These people seem to be afflicted with a “cult-accusation disease.” Therefore, in order to distinguish who is a cult and who is orthodox, Shincheonji has repeatedly proposed holding an open examination consisting of 100 questions based on the book of Revelation of the New Testament. But to this day, not a single person has responded. Judging according to the New Testament Scriptures, who then is orthodox? And who is the cult? Shincheonji, or Protestantism and Catholicism?

Is someone considered orthodox simply because they claim to be so, even if they are ignorant of the New Testament? And is someone considered a cult merely because others label them so, even if they master the New Testament? This runs contrary to the thinking of a true believer and to the thinking of God, and instead appears to be the ideology of false pastors and their god—the devil. Therefore, Protestantism and Catholicism, having committed the sin of adding to and taking away from the book of Revelation of the New Testament, will not enter heaven, but will end up in the lake of burning sulfur in hell. Shincheonji, however, is the true orthodox faith that masters even the fulfilled reality of the book of Revelation of the New Testament, and will enter heaven. Amen. This is testified in the New Testament Scriptures. At the time of the fulfilment of Revelation, the promised prophecies have all appeared as a reality. One must see this and believe, in order to receive salvation.

The Reality of the World of Christianity, Where Pastors Indiscriminately Brand Anyone Unaffiliated with Them a Heretic

It’s been around 2,000 years since Revelation was written. However, because God has been holding this book in His hand after sealing it with seven seals, there hasn’t been a single person in the whole world who has mastered it. Today, however, Jesus took this book, removed all seven of the seals, and fulfilled the prophecies written inside. Thus, its actual entities (the reality of its fulfillment) have appeared. So, Jesus showed all of this to the promised pastor and had him testify it to the churches (Rv 22:8, 16). Despite this, the pastors of every denomination that comprise the traditional churches have refused to verify the facts biblically. Self-proclaiming themselves to be orthodox, they have indiscriminately branded anyone unaffiliated with them a heretic. This is the reality of the world of Christianity. Those who declare themselves to be the orthodoxy of the world of Christianity are experts at lying. Is this not true? Answer me.

From what we, Shincheonji, have confirmed, among the Doctors of Divinity, pastors, and congregation members in the traditional churches, there isn’t a single person who knows the true meaning of Revelation (its prophecies) or its actual entities (the reality of its fulfillment). Yet, it is written that anyone who adds to or subtracts from Revelation cannot enter the kingdom of heaven and will be cursed (Rv 22). Then, the pastors and congregation members of the traditional churches cannot enter the kingdom of heaven. Although this is true, they have been branding Shincheonji, which has mastered even the reality of the fulfillment of Revelation, a cult. Isn’t this true? The world of Christianity is truly in a state of chaos.

Anyone who fails to master the entire book of Revelation, including the reality of its fulfillment, is a false pastor. Liars cannot enter the kingdom of heaven (refer to Rv 21:8, 27, Rv 22:15). Rather than indiscriminately branding anyone unaffiliated with you a heretic, you should repent while there’s still time and learn from Shincheonji, which has mastered even the reality of the fulfillment New Testament, Revelation, so we may enter the kingdom of heaven together.

When the Old and New Testaments Were Fulfilled, Did the Believers at the Time Believe in Them and the Promised Pastor?

In the Old Testament, God announced through various prophets that He would send His son as the savior (see Is 7, Is 9). Therefore, the Israelites awaited the coming of the son of God. At the first coming, Jesus, the son of God, came as the savior according to the process promised in the Old Testament and fulfilled it; however, the Jewish pastors of the time did not believe in Jesus and his work. In the New Testament, Revelation promises Jesus’ second coming, the process and his work at his return. However, although Jesus has returned according to his promise, fulfilled the New Testament Revelation and has the promised pastor to testify about this, the pastors of traditional churches have again not believed in the second coming of Jesus, his work, and the promised pastor chosen by Jesus. They say they "believe" with their lips, but their actions do not. Why? Because of their sin, the devil is with them. However, those who believe and understand the promised word will know him (the promised pastor). And you will know him by his works done as promised.

It has been about 2,000 years since the New Testament Revelation was written, and today Jesus has returned and fulfilled Revelation. Jesus came according to the process promised written in the New Testament Revelation and fulfilled what he had promised. Yet even so, believers did not recognize the Jesus’ second coming or the work he accomplished. The reason is that the spirit of the devil is working within them. The word to “overcome” in Rv 2–3 and Rv 12 is because there is an adversary. If one knows the true meaning of the prophecy of Revelation in the New Testament and sees the fulfilled realities, one would understand; however, the evil spirit interferes. Revelation is fulfilled through Jesus’ second coming. But because the evil spirit interferes at every step, believers have fallen into confusion.

Today there are countless theologians, and they all believe using the same Bible, yet not a single person knew the meaning of even one book of thirteen pages (Revelation). How can this be! What kind of believers are these? They are all false believers. Yet from their mouths the words “heresy, heresy” were abundant. Can a church with not even one true believer be a true church? When Jesus at his first coming called the Jews of that time “blind and deaf,” his words were correct, and they are still correct today. Though they possess the Bible, they do not know its meaning. Therefore, they are blind and deaf. Not just one or two, but all of them are blind and deaf. Even so, they called those who did not belong to their group “heretics.” Who, then, are the heretics and those out of their minds? It is the believers of traditional churches and the Catholic Church.

Even when the sun, moon, and stars are darkened and fall to the earth (Rv 6), they do not know, so are they not blind? No matter how loudly one cries out, they do not hear. Are they not deaf? Who made the congregation blind and deaf? It is their own church pastors who called Shincheonji “heresy.” These pastors and their congregations are false believers.

In truth, rather than being blind and deaf, they are “the dead.” The New Testament Revelation has been fulfilled and its realities have appeared, yet pastors, theologians, and evangelists alike have all become blind, deaf, and mute. How are they different from the dead? They receive the congregants’ money (offerings), close their ears, close their mouths, even close their eyes, and both they and their congregations are running toward hell.

Even if Jesus were to come a thousand or ten thousand times, how would the blind and deaf recognize him? At the time of the fulfillment of Revelation—the promised events of the Lord’s return—Jesus returns and fulfills the entire New Testament Revelation. Even when Revelation is completely fulfilled, those who do not know are, as Jesus said, “the dead.” It is written that if one adds to or subtracts from Revelation, one cannot enter heaven and will receive curses (plagues), yet they have no concern. This is true both of the head pastors and the congregants. How can such people be called true believers?

Those who have added to and subtracted from Revelation have called Shincheonji—who understands even the fulfilled realities of Revelation—“heresy.” They are false believers. Therefore, as Jesus said, they must be born again (see Jn 3:3–5).

At the first coming, even though God sent His son Jesus as the savior to fulfill the Old Testament, the Jews of that time did not believe in Jesus or the work he fulfilled and killed him. Likewise today, at the time of the second coming, though Jesus fulfills the New Testament Revelation through the promised pastor, the pastors of traditional churches do not believe in the promised pastor or the work he has accomplished and instead persecute him. What difference is there between the faith of believers at the first coming and at the second coming? Now is the time of the fulfillment of the New Testament Revelation. Rv 22 records that if one adds to or subtracts from this book of Revelation, one cannot enter heaven and will receive curses. Whoever desires salvation must hear the testimony of the promised pastor, understand it, and master Revelation.

Have You Been Registered in the Sealed Twelve Tribes in Revelation?

Have the Protestant and Catholic churches of today been registered in the sealed twelve tribes promised in the book of Revelation? After the judgment of the betrayed chosen people in Revelation 6, the twelve tribes were created with those who were sealed in Revelation 7. Anyone who is not registered in these twelve tribes cannot receive salvation.

Just as the shepherds of Jerusalem called Jesus a heretic at the time of his First Coming, today the pastors of Protestant and Catholic churches call the twelve tribes (Shincheonji) heretics. These twelve tribes were sealed and created in Rv 7 after the events of Rv 6. This situation is in likeness to Matthew 23. It seems that the “spirit of heresy” is within them, because whenever they open their mouths, the word “heresy” flows out. Who is the heretic—the one who adds to or subtracts from Revelation, or the one who has mastered it? Protestantism and Catholicism have added to or taken away from Revelation, while Shincheonji understands even the physical fulfillments of Revelation. Who, then, is the heretic and who is orthodox?
The one who departs from God’s promised word and testifies to lies is the heretic. In other words, the one who teaches the Bible incorrectly is the true heretic. On the day of judgment, it will be revealed how much they persecuted Shincheonji by calling it heretical. Before calling others heretics, there should be an open test. Then it would become clear who is Biblically heretical. Shincheonji has repeatedly proposed to Protestant and Catholic churches, “Let us hold a public examination before the public based on the book of Revelation to determine who is heretical and who is orthodox,” but not even one person has responded. Protestant and Catholic churches should respond to a public Bible test. Shincheonji is confident that it will win.

Today’s pastors and believers should not become people of faith seeking money, power, and bread instead of seeking God’s truth, but should become one in the truth. It is written in Rv 22 that if anyone adds to or takes away from the New Testament book of Revelation, they will not enter heaven but will receive curses (plagues). Therefore, one must be registered in the sealed twelve tribes of Shincheonji in Rv 7 and master Revelation in order to enter heaven.

When the New Testament, Revelation Is Completely Fulfilled, a World Without Death and Suffering Will Come

It is written that if anyone adds to or takes away from the Book of Revelation, that person will not enter heaven and will receive curses (plagues) (Rv 22). Then have not the pastors, doctors of theology, and their congregations of the traditional churches (Catholicism and Protestantism), who have labeled Shincheonji as heretical, added to or taken away from this Book of Revelation? Shincheonji has mastered this book, while Catholicism and Protestantism have added to and taken away from it. So who is calling whom heretical? Those who are heretical are the pastors of Catholicism and Protestantism and their believers who have added to or taken away from the Book of Revelation.

Even now, if they have confidence, they should respond to a public Bible examination. Shincheonji is always ready to engage. Shincheonji has mastered even the reality of the New Testament, Revelation. Who can prevail? Shincheonji prevails with the truth (the revealed word). Long live Shincheonji!

Not even one person who adds to or takes away from the New Testament, Revelation will be saved. Is this not correct? Ask yourself in light of the Bible. How can those who have added to or taken away from the Book of Revelation call others heretical? Those who are heretical are Catholicism and Protestantism, which have added to or taken away from this Book of Revelation. Catholicism and Protestantism have criticized Shincheonji for frequently conducting Bible (New Testament, Revelation–centered) examinations. However, Shincheonji conducts examinations frequently to confirm whether believers have been sealed, as in Revelation chapter 7. Since Revelation 22 states that those who add to or take away from Revelation cannot enter heaven and will receive curses, these examinations are conducted to guide believers to heaven by confirming that one is sealed.

As seen in Revelation chapters 7 and 14, it was revealed that the heavenly throne would descend upon the sealed twelve tribes of Revelation chapter 7. As seen in Revelation chapter 21, where the spiritual heaven and God come, there is no death or suffering. God and heaven are the source of all blessings.

Revelation is the blueprint to be fulfilled at the time of the Lord’s second coming in the last days, and there are three major things to be fulfilled: first, the act of betrayal; second, the act of destruction; and third, the act of salvation by sealing. Only by knowing these three acts and the three corresponding entities, and by belonging to the savior, can one obtain heaven and salvation. Therefore, one must master Revelation without adding to or taking away from it in order to enter heaven. Have you mastered Revelation?

In Revelation, it is promised that a promised shepherd will come who sees all the realities of the things prophesied in this book, receives and eats this book, and comes to testify. However, at the time when Revelation is fulfilled, the promised shepherd comes but is killed (spiritually). Additionally, while doing God’s work, he also endures imprisonment and suffering. Why does he experience death and imprisonment? This happens according to what was prophesied in the Bible (Ref. Rv 11 and Mt 25).
“Like an offering of one hundred forty-four thousand in rice, becoming a sacrifice, bidding farewell to the blind believers, and departing under the guard of wardens and officials—then the believers wept, and even the stars wept.”
Just as Jesus was killed at his first coming but came back to life, so too the promised shepherd today was killed as in Revelation chapter 11 but came back to life. He then overcame the war against the adversaries and carried out the work of sealing the promised people, the 144,000 (Revelation chapters 7 and 14). This work was created exactly as promised in the New Testament, Revelation. Jesus, the shepherd promised in the Old Testament, fulfilled the Old Testament promises, and the shepherd promised in the New Testament fulfilled the New Testament. Afterward, he went around the world spreading the work of peace and salvation. Yet people hear and see these things but still do not understand—how can they be called true believers?

When the New Testament, Revelation is fully fulfilled, it will become as described in Revelation chapters 21–22. What will it be like? A heavenly world without death and suffering will be established. For this purpose, Jesus at his first coming bore the cross and died. Even today, as at the first coming, there has been death as described in Revelation chapter 11. Yet those ignorant of the New Testament Scriptures saw these things and still did not understand. Pastors and doctors of theology who practice only a superficial faith must now bring this to an end. This is now the era of reality, in which the New Testament, Revelation has been fulfilled.

Shincheonji fought against and overcame the red dragon with seven heads and ten horns in Revelation chapter 12. Then, by sealing with the words of Revelation, Shincheonji created the twelve tribes (Revelation chapters 7 and 14). Shincheonji is God’s new nation and new people, created according to the promises of the New Testament, Revelation. Government authorities must stop oppressing Shincheonji based on the lies of those who sinned within Shincheonji and were expelled. Soon, judgment will come. What will happen to those who did not believe in the reality of Revelation, those who added to or took away from Revelation, those who gave false testimony, and those who believed that testimony? Read Revelation chapters 21 and 22 (Ref. Rv 21:8 and 22:15).

When the New Testament, Revelation is completely fulfilled, the spiritual heaven and God will descend upon the sealed twelve tribes of Revelation chapter 7, and a world without death and suffering will be established. Amen.
