এই ধ্যান শুধু চোখ বন্ধ করা নয়—এটা নিজের ভেতরের অশান্তিকে থামানো, নিজের সাথে কথা বলা, আর মনের ভেতরে জমে থাকা সব কষ্ট, ভয় আর দুঃখকে ছেড়ে দেওয়ার এক পবিত্র প্রয়াস।
ভগবান বুদ্ধের করুণা ও শিক্ষার আলো আমাদের পথ দেখাক—
