French colonial style building, recent construction, four Appartments, each on two Levels, each with balcony and patio, toilet on both floors, clean, bright, airy and spacious. (About 80 Sq m). Two have a separate bedroom on the top floor.
These are comfortably furnished, fridge, stove, hot water, wf. One set of bed linen to start you off.
These are long term rentals, monthly at least. Pay monthly, in advance, stay as long as you like, no lease, unless you need one for residency purposes. Depending on what you may allready have, we will try to fit the place out to your needs. For example, we can provide cooking pots, knives, plates etc.. we can loan you salad plates and the like, if you have guests. Apart from that, these are long term rentals, and you are more or less expected to look after yourselves, for the most part.
We are about two minutes from town, off the Kep rd., on the south east edge of Kampot. Kampot's winds are mostly from the South. SE TO SW. It is still Hot of course, but we feel it is often cooler than town. We are no more than a kilometer from the salt fields, and they don't impede the sea breezes.
You take the Kep rd. When it becomes a divided rd., you will pass two adjacent service stations, and very shortly a place selling colorful, golden, garden shrines and pagoda ornamentation. Take the concrete rd., to the right, immediately after, stay straight, don't turn left, you will pass the Methodist church, and we are the stone walled place ahead.
Prices are $200 per month.

Other electricity, water, wf, garbage are included in the price, and compared to a leased house you will save a lot of time not paying utilities bills each month. Pm me or phone +855 966252527.
