New Beginnings Ministry Center

New Beginnings Ministry Center The New Beginnings Center began in 2007. It is important to us that we empower Kenyans to reach Kenyans.

We are currently:
- Training pastors from the surrounding area!
- Planting Churches
- Teaching single mother's to sew
- Holding bible studies
- Teaching the Alpha Course
- Working to rehabilitate inmates
- and much much more! We have also recently:
- Visited local schools speaking
- Played soccer matches and shared the gospel
- Provided medical relief in needed areas

While some aid is provided

through the continual support and prayer of churches in America the ministry is running led by native pastor Alex Maskia.

It’s not that people don’t want to have anything to do with Jesus, it’s the church doesn’t want to have any thing to do with people

"Have you ever wondered about the saying "It takes a village to raise a child" and its origin? Some attribute it to an African Proverb or a Native American Tribe. It is often used as a solution for various situations, suggesting that we should rely on a community for guidance.

However, what if the village itself is flawed? It's interesting how we often seek governmental solutions when faced with challenges. But perhaps the true answer lies in a different kind of village.

In my opinion, the only village that isn't flawed is the spiritual village - the connection to the "Father, Son, and Holy Spirit." This spiritual village offers wisdom and answers to the struggles we face in society.

It's important to question groupthink and not blindly follow any village or community. No human community or institution is perfect, including villages, governments, or even religious organizations. We need to approach them with a critical mindset, acknowledging that flaws and shortcomings may exist.

When seeking guidance, it's helpful to consider multiple sources such as trusted mentors, advisors, or spiritual leaders who align with our values. Ultimately, what matters most is finding a village or community that supports and encourages personal growth, while staying faithful to our own beliefs and values.

In the end, the decision of where to turn for guidance rests with each individual. We should evaluate and discern the authenticity and reliability of the sources we rely on, while recognizing that no single community or institution is immune to flaws."

1 Peter 4:7-11
The Message
7-11 Everything in the world is about to be wrapped up, so take nothing for granted. Stay wide-awake in prayer. Most of all, love each other as if your life depended on it. Love makes up for practically anything. Be quick to give a meal to the hungry, a bed to the homeless—cheerfully. Be generous with the different things God gave you, passing them around so all get in on it: if words, let it be God’s words; if help, let it be God’s hearty help. That way, God’s bright presence will be evident in everything through Jesus, and he’ll get all the credit as the One mighty in everything—encores to the end of time. Oh, yes!
