I deleted over 1,000 old DMs—messages from people who ghosted me, conversations that drained my energy, and memories I was holding onto for too long.

I used to think being followed by major pages meant I was doing something right.

But over time, I realized… that kind of visibility isn’t the same as support, community, or alignment.
It looked good. It felt validating for a moment.
But it wasn’t real.

✨ I’ve stopped idolizing follower counts.
✨ I’ve stopped keeping people around for optics.
✨ I’ve started curating my space with intention.

Because what truly matters is who shows up for you, not who just watches.
