*DON'T GIVE THEM POSITION IN THE CHURCH*
Here are categories of people who should not be allowed to occupy leadership or sensitive positions in the church, especially spiritual or influential roles:
1. Unrepentant Sinners
People living in open sin without remorse or desire to change.
1 Corinthians 5:11–13
2. Disloyal and Divisive Individuals
Those who sow discord, gossip, or create factions in the church.
Romans 16:17; Proverbs 6:16–19
3. Proud and Unteachable People
Individuals who reject correction and refuse accountability.
Proverbs 11:2; Hebrews 13:17
4. Immature or New Converts (for leadership roles)
They may lack spiritual stability and experience.
1 Timothy 3:6
5. People with Questionable Character
Those known for dishonesty, immorality, violence, or greed.
1 Timothy 3:2–3, 8
6. Rebellious and Insubordinate Members
Those who resist authority and undermine leadership.
Titus 1:10–11
7. Lovers of Money
Individuals who see church positions as a financial opportunity.
1 Timothy 6:9–10
8. Unforgiving and Bitter People
Those who carry grudges and spread negativity.
Hebrews 12:15
9. People Without a Servant’s Heart
Leadership in the church is about service, not status.
Mark 10:43–45
10. Double-Minded or Spiritually Unstable Individuals
People inconsistent in faith and lifestyle.
James 1:8
11. People with a History of Abuse of Power (Unrepentant)
Those who manipulate, control, or spiritually abuse others without repentance.
12. People Who Lack Spiritual Discipline
Those who do not pray, study the Word, or live a devoted Christian life.

Note:
This does not mean such people should be rejected from the church. The church is a place of restoration. However, position is for the prepared, proven, and faithful.
