A church can be technologically rich…
and relationally bankrupt at the same time.

You can perfect the atmosphere
and still lose the assignment.
Because God never anointed systems—
He anoints men.

The tragedy of this generation is not lack of excellence…
it is the misuse of people.

You cannot wound the vessels
and expect to preserve the oil.
What you gain through structure,
you will lose through broken relationships.

Hear this clearly:
Every season you maximize at the expense of people
is a season you mortgage your future.

Honor men, and time will honor you.
Build men, and God will build your house.

Because in the Kingdom,
people are not tools…
they are the treasure.
