[20]And he said, Bring me a new cruse, and put salt therein. And they brought it to him.
Akasema, Nileteeni chombo kipya, mtie chumvi ndani yake. Wakamletea.
[21]And he went forth unto the spring of the waters, and cast the salt in there, and said, Thus saith the LORD, I have healed these waters; there shall not be from thence any more death or barren land.
Akatoka akaenda mpaka chemchemi ya maji, akatupa ile chumvi humo ndani, akasema, BWANA asema hivi, Nimeyaponya maji haya; hakutatoka huko tena kufa wala kuzaa mapooza.
[22]So the waters were healed unto this day, according to the saying of Elisha which he spake.
Hivyo yale maji yakapona hata leo, sawasawa na neno la Elisha alilolinena.

Umehesabu kutanga-tanga kwangu; Uyatie machozi yangu katika chupa yako; (Je! Hayamo katika kitabu chako?)
[9]When I cry unto thee, then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God is for me.
Ndipo adui zangu watarudi nyuma siku ile niitapo. Neno hili najua kuwa MUNGU yu upande wangu;
[10]In God will I praise his word: in the LORD will I praise his word.
Kwa msaada wa MUNGU nitalisifu neno lake. Kwa msaada wa BWANA nitalisifu neno lake.

Baadaye akaonekana na wale kumi na mmoja walipokuwa wakila, akawakemea kwa kutokuamini kwao na ugumu wa mioyo yao, kwa kuwa hawakuwasadiki wale waliomwona alipofufuka katika wafu.

Yesu akawaambia, Chakula changu ndicho hiki, niyatende mapenzi yake aliyenipeleka, nikaimalize kazi yake.
[36]And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.
Naye avunaye hupokea mshahara, na kukusanya matunda kwa uzima wa milele, ili yeye apandaye na yeye avunaye wapate kufurahi pamoja.
