CGMOK Statement Of Faith
The sole basis of our beliefs is the Bible, God's infallible written Word, the 66 Books of the Old and New Testaments. We believe that it was uniquely, verbally, and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit, and that it was written without error (inerrant) in the original manuscripts. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters on which it speaks. We accept those areas of doctrinal teaching on which, historically, there has been general agreement among all true Christians. Because of the specialized calling of our organization, we desire to allow for freedom of conviction on other doctrinal matters, provided that any interpretation is based upon the Bible alone, and that no such interpretation shall become an issue that hinders the ministry to which God has called us.
1. There is one true God, eternally existing in three persons--Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - each of whom possesses equally all the attributes of Deity and the characteristics of personality.
2. Jesus Christ is God, the living Word, who became flesh through His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit and His virgin birth. Hence, He is perfect Deity and true humanity united in one person forever.
3. He lived a sinless life and voluntarily atoned for the sins of men by dying on the cross as their substitute, thus satisfying divine justice and accomplishing salvation for all who trust in Him alone.
4. He rose from the dead in the same body, though glorified, in which He lived and died.
5. He ascended bodily into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God the Father, where He, the only mediator between God and man, continually makes intercession for His own.
6. He sinned by disobeying God; thus, he was alienated from his Creator. That historical fall brought all mankind under divine condemnation.
7. Man's nature is corrupted, and he is thus totally unable to please God. Every man is in need of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit.
8. The salvation of man is wholly a work of God's free grace and is not the work, in whole or in part, of human works or goodness or religious ceremony. God imputes His righteousness to those who put their faith in Christ alone for their salvation, and thereby justifies them in His sight.
9. It is the privilege of all who are born again of the Spirit to be assured of their salvation from the very moment in which they trust Christ as their Saviour. This assurance is not based upon any kind of human merit, but is produced by the witness of the Holy Spirit, who confirms in the believer the testimony of God in His written Word.
10. The Holy Spirit has come into the world to reveal and glorify Christ and to apply the saving work of Christ to men. He convicts and draws sinners to Christ, imparts new life to them, continually indwells them from the moment of spiritual birth, and seals them until the day of redemption. His fullness, power, and control are appropriated in the believer's life by faith.
11. Every believer is called to live in the power of the indwelling Spirit so that he will not fulfil the lust of the flesh, but will bear fruit to the glory of God.
12. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, His Body, which is composed of all men, living and dead, who have been joined to Him through saving faith.
13. God admonishes His people to assemble together regularly for worship, for participation in ordinances, for edification through the Scriptures, and for mutual encouragement.
14. At physical death the believer enters immediately into eternal, conscious fellowship with the Lord and awaits the resurrection of his body to everlasting glory and blessing.
15. At physical death the unbeliever enters immediately into eternal, conscious separation from the Lord and awaits the resurrection of his body to judgment and everlasting condemnation.
16. Jesus Christ will come again to the earth--personally, visibly, and bodily--to consummate history and the eternal plan of God.
17. The Lord Jesus Christ commanded all believers to proclaim the gospel throughout the world and to disciple men of every nation. The fulfilment of that Great Commission requires that all worldly and personal ambitions be subordinated to a total commitment to "Him who loved us and gave Himself for us." ORIGIN OF THE MINISTRY
Ev. Charles Oyugi Odiya the founder of Christ Gospel and Miracle Outreach-Kenya based in Ombo Homa Bay Kenya, was born in Ndhiwa District in Homa Bay County on 3rd/March 1971. He is the seventh born in a family of seven. Evangelist was raised in a family that did not know God and practiced rituals to get help from their ancestors. In 1982 His mother encounter the Lord and became a Christian. Which eventually brought light into the family. Bishop Charles joined the Sunday school in Full Gospel churches of Kenya when he was three years old and began to grow, learning the Christian ways until the year 1989, 19th of April where he fully came to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. And when he had rounded up his primary education, he graduated into High school in the year 1992 and begun to preach the gospel then he was 22 years of age. That he carried out through the whole course of 4 years. In the year 2004 when he came to the city of Nairobi then he has preached the gospel to many countries like, Musoma Tanzania,KampalaUganda,LagosNigeria,Addis abeba Ethiopia, Khartoum Sudan, Douala Cameroun,Dr Congo, Congo Brazzavile,Kenya Nairobi, Rift valley province,Kisii and many parts of Nyanza etc. It was last in year 2006 after Pastoring Children of God Regeneration Church for about 9 years, that the Lord spoke to Bishop to launch Christ Gospel and Miracle Outreach Kenya” to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ through holding crusades, seminars and conferences. This ministry was founded on 4rth 2005 and the occasion was graced by Apostle Charles Ochieng from Uganda. Great things have happened since the Launching of this great Ministry to the glory to God. Charles is happily Married to Bella and he have been blessed with Six beautiful daughters and one boy.Rehema,Anne,Kellyn,Camilla,Idda and Daniel Omolafe. Charles O.Odiya continues to be a blessing to many people through his passion for the truth of the Word of God and this God confirm with signs, wonders and miracles in the name of His son Jesus Christ. Associate Pastor Daniel Ouma Nyateng is married to Jessica and blessed with 5 children. He is the assistant to Ev. Charles Oyugi Odiya in the ministry work and has been a blessing to this Ministry since the launching of the Ministry. Second associate pastor Charles Ogola is also married and blessed with four beautiful children. Sister Bella Odiya& Sister Jessica Ouma leads the worship team in this ministry and they have been a blessing to many people through the ministry of worship. They are truly blessed women of God.

As a ministry we are willing to travel to wherever God leads us to go. We believe not only in preaching the word of God to the lost but also we believe in showing people the love of God in what we do. This happens in many ways. If anyone is hungry we feed them, if they need clothing we give them clothes, if they're thirsty we give them water, They may need education to help them find themselves a better job. There's many different things we try to do to be a help to others. In ministry we help to teach and support others in their ministry, so they can go out and share the word (the good news) with others. We do all this by faith. 1.2 STATEMENT OF FAITH
Introduction:
1. Our faith rests on the absolute authority of the God-breathed Scriptures. All three persons of the Godhead are active in God’s redeeming mission.
2. Our missiology Centre’s on the overarching biblical themes of:
i. God’s creation of the world. The Father’s redeeming love for all humanity as revealed in the incarnation. The establishment of a new Heaven and a new Earth for eternity. iv. The Holy Spirit, promised by our Lord, is our comforter, teacher and source of power. It 0The Spirit is the agent of mission, convicting of sin, righteousness and judgment. We are Christ’s servants, empowered and lead by the Spirit, whose goal is to glorify God. Prayer and intercession is the most vital of all ministries in global mission to undergird every service and ministry. vi. We confess the following themes as truths of special importance in this present age:
vii. Jesus Christ is Lord of the Church and Lord of the universe. Ultimately every knee will bow and every tongue confesses that Jesus is Lord. The Lordship of Jesus Christ is to be proclaimed to the whole world, inviting all to be free of the bo***ge to sin and the dominion of evil to serve the Lord for His glory. a) The Lord Jesus Christ is the unique revelation of God and the only Savior of the world. Salvation is found in Christ alone. b) The Good News of the salvation made possible by the work of Jesus Christ must be expressed in all the languages and cultures of the world.
