Mental Health (Mental Wellness) is as important as physical health.

We all get so sad sometimes, we get panic attacks, anxious and quite frankly, a bit depressed.

So I ask:
Is it Christian like to have mental issues yet we are supposed to cast our burdens unto the Lord and live in faith?

Is it a sin to loose hope in life? Not to see the beauty in every sunrise and every blooming flower?

Does getting depressed mean that God has turned his back on us?

There are a million questions surrounding mental wellness that need to be discussed and answered.

In the next few posts, we will be talking about mental wellness from different biblical perspectives.
