On Saturday, our youths from First Love Pentecostal Churches had a refreshing retreat at the Nairobi Arboretum

It was a time full of laughter, exciting games, fun activities, and meaningful team-building moments. Beyond the fun, the retreat created a beautiful space for bonding, strengthening friendships, and nurturing unity among the National youths.

Grateful for the memories made and the connections built!

Building an altar for a new beginning.

Scripture references: Genesis 12:7–8| Isaiah 30:21| Proverbs 16:3| Psalm 32:5

With grateful hearts, we officially opened First Love Pentecostal Church Ruai newly completed altar- a place of surrender, renewal, guidance, and divine encounter.

This altar is a symbol of obedience, a new beginning, and a commitment to walk in God’s direction.

May every prayer lifted here be heard.
May every burden laid down here be lifted.
May every heart that comes here find peace, purpose, and restoration.

Welcome to a new season. Welcome to the altar!

Today's Sermon by Pastor Alex Thuku and Pastor Perminus Moreithi
Topic: Moving from Blessing to Significance

Scripture: |Genisis 33:9| |Genesis 27:40|

Scripture reminds us in Genesis 27:40 that seasons may come with struggle, but they do not define the end of our story. And in Genesis 33:9, Esau declares, “I have enough, my brother; keep what you have for yourself.”

There is a time and chance for every believer in the Church. Your season will come.

As we step forward in faith, we believe 2026 will be a year of testimony for many. The day will come when you will look back and say, Thank you, my brother. Keep your blessing — I have mine also.” (Genesis 33:9)

Your blessing is yours. Your testimony is coming.

Blessed Sunday at First Love Pentecostal Church Ruai

In the first Service(Youth Service), Yvonne Chege talked about “The God Who Closes Me In and Leads Me Out.”

Scripture Reference: Genesis 19:1–30

We learned that God sometimes closes certain doors for our protection, but He also faithfully leads us out into His divine purpose and safety.

In the 2nd Service, Minister James Osoro explored “The Authority of the Church.”

Scripture References: Ephesians 6:10–13| Luke 9:18–20 | Matthew 12:43–45

As believers, we are reminded to stand strong in the Lord, understand who Christ is, and walk in the authority He has given His Church over the works of darkness.

What a powerful day in God’s presence! 🔥
May we continue to walk in His protection, His leading, and the authority He has entrusted to us.
