Let's Repent as The Church in KENYA for being a Major PART of the The Problem of Leadership and Society in our Country;
Especially in the last Political Campaigns and General Election:
The Corruption, Injustice, Inequity, Impunity, and Misrule (Intransigence, Arrogance, Dictatorial stance, Wasteful Management of Resources abd Negative Ethnicity with Selfish Divisiveness and Wanton public disrespect) is not something we are solely responsible for but PART of
(Not every Gospel Minister,
Not every true Christian and
Not every Ministry/ Church/ Congregation was guilty; but)
In the spirit of Humility and Intercession;
We have to admit some liability and genuinely Repent.
It bothered so many People outside and inside the Church concerning Millions of Shillings being dished in Churches and to Bishops by Politicians for well over 5 hrs;
But we refused to Listen.
Since Independence rarely did too Political Aspirants and Incumbent stand in the Altar place and speak vitriol while people laughed and clapped!
Even the hooliganish invasion of Mama Ngina Kenyatta's farm on a Monday WAS formally announced the day earlier in a Church PULPIT by a leading Politician and aired that same evening on all Major TV News channels.
There was jostling for money!
Some of us wondered when will these money-bag Leaders come to our Church and donate!
Or who'll take me to them so i took get a packed brown envelope!
It's taken Gen-Z to tell this Country you cannot be permitted to Continue this way!!
They're inexperienced and untrained to handle Power and key National Decisions but THEY'VE RISEN TO SPEAK!
We Adults and The Church and The Government and Private Sector and others MUST listen, dialogue, genuinely not just to appear diplomatic;
Then intentionally Train them, Equip and give them room to Work gainfully, as well as to Rule and Serve!
Check and you'll be amazed how many 28 to 35 year-olds were in key roles among the First Cabinet of Ministers and Ministerial Secretaries at our In
