📖 Qur'an — Surah Ar-Ra'd (13:16)

🌿 Simple Translation
Say, “Who is the Lord of the heavens and the earth?” Say, “Allah.”

Say, “Have you then taken besides Him protectors who do not possess for themselves any benefit or harm?”

Say, “Is the blind equal to the seeing? Or are darkness and light equal?”

Or have they assigned to Allah partners who created like His creation so that the creation seemed similar to them?

Say, “Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the One, the Supreme Subduer.”

🌙 Reflection & Meaning

This āyah powerfully affirms Tawḥīd (Oneness of Allah).
Allah commands the Prophet ﷺ to ask a series of questions that expose the weakness of false gods:
Who is the Lord of the heavens and earth?
Even the disbelievers acknowledged: Allah.
So why take protectors besides Him?
They cannot even benefit or harm themselves — how can they protect you?
Is blindness equal to sight?
Spiritual blindness (shirk) is not equal to spiritual vision (īmān).
Is darkness equal to light?
Falsehood can never equal truth.
Did their “partners” create anything like Allah created?
Creation itself proves His uniqueness.
The verse ends with two powerful Names:
Al-Wāḥid (ٱلْوَاحِدُ) – The One, without partner.
Al-Qahhār (ٱلْقَهَّارُ) – The Irresistible, the One who subdues all.
Everything is under His control — including our fears, finances, health, and future.

“Darkness and light are never equal. Choose the Light. 🌙✨ ”

🕊️ Reset your heart for the new week.

> “La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah.”
There is no power and no strength except with Allah.

This dhikr is a treasure from Jannah, as the Prophet ﷺ taught us.
Say it when you’re tired. Say it when you feel weak. Say it when you’re thankful.

May your week begin with tawakkul, strength, and barakah. Ameen.

🌙 5 Beautiful Sunnah Habits to Try This Week:

1. Smile with sincerity 😁

2. Say Bismillah before everything

3. Sit down while drinking

4. Sleep on your right side

5. Use the miswak or toothbrush

These small actions carry big reward. They bring us closer to the character of the Prophet ﷺ and fill our day with barakah.

Which ones are already part of your routine?

28/07/2025

Start your day with the words that bring light into your heart 🌤️
The Prophet ﷺ said:

> “Whoever says SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi 100 times a day will have all his sins forgiven even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.”
— [Bukhari & Muslim]

Say it slowly. Mindfully. Before Fajr, or on your way to work. Watch how it softens the day ahead, inshaAllah.

Which dhikr gives you peace every morning? 🕊️
