TODAY'S WORD:
*Don’t Rely on People’s Approval.*

It’s great when people cheer us on and make us feel valuable. We love when a friend compliments us or a coworker helps us on a project. Yahweh uses people to help move us toward our destiny. But you can’t become so dependent on people that you’re trying to get your worth and value from them. It’s easy to rely on them to keep you feeling good about yourself and make you feel approved. But if they don’t give you their approval and meet your expectations, you’ll feel discouraged and inferior, and you’ll work overtime to try to win their approval. The problem is, you’re trying to get from people what only Yahweh can give. Your value, your self-worth doesn’t come from another person—it comes from your Creator.

Yeshua knew better than to rely on people. What they do or don’t do doesn’t determine your worth and cannot stop your purpose. Quit depending on others’ approval and start approving yourself.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY:

_“Father, thank You for the people You’ve placed in my life to help me move to my destiny. Help me, though, not to become dependent upon their approval or try to get my value from them. I declare that I have Your approval and love, and that’s all I need. In Yeshua's Name, Amen.”_

*Be A Bounce-Back Person.*

🧬 Life is full of things that try to push us down. We all face disappointments and setbacks. Maybe you got bad news concerning your health, or perhaps a relationship didn't work out. Maybe you lost your job. It was a setback. When we face setbacks, it's easy to get discouraged or lose our enthusiasm. Too often we are tempted to just settle where we are. But if we're going to see God's best, we have to have a bounce-back mentality. That means when you get knocked down, you don't stay down. You get back up again. It means when disappointments come, you shake them off knowing that what the enemy meant for your harm God is going to turn around and use for your good.

This is a new day. Things are changing in your favor. You need to get ready because there’s a bounce-back coming. You’re going to bounce back from sickness, bounce back from depression, bounce back from bad breaks, bounce back from loss. Keep standing, keep believing, and choose to be a bounce-back person because you are coming out better off than you were before! You are rising higher, and you will fulfill the destiny Yahweh has in store for you!

PRAYER FOR TODAY:

"Father in heaven, thank You for Your grace, mercy, and favor. I ask for rain in the time of rain, I ask for increase in Your favor and blessing so I can be a blessing to those around me today and always. In Yeshua's Name. Amen."

TODAY'S WORD:
*Does It Really Matter?*

Every day is a gift. The longer you live, the more you realize how valuable each day is. We’re not going to be here forever. It’s easy to live uptight, frustrated, and worried, but in the big picture, most of the things that are upsetting us don’t really matter. Is it worth losing your joy over bad traffic or something someone said that was offensive? If you found out you only had a day to live, you wouldn’t even pay attention to many things that upset you now.

If you let a grouchy boss or a bitter relative keep you from being happy, it’s your fault. You are as happy as you want to be. You have to put your foot down and say, “This is the day the Lord has made. I’m not going to let what people do or don’t do, what they say or don’t say, or what I have or don’t have keep me from being happy. I’ve made up my mind. I’m going to enjoy this day.”

PRAYER FOR TODAY:

_“Father, thank You that this day is a gift from You, and I’m not going to live sour and defeated. Thank You that I have the power to not allow what others say or do or what I don’t have to steal my happiness. I’ve made up my mind that I’m going to keep my joy. In Yeshua's Name, Amen.”_

Don't be distracted by what they say or do to you but believe in yourself.

TODAY'S WORD:
*The Anointing Breaks the Yoke.*

A yoke is put around the neck of oxen to help control the animal. It limits its movement. If the oxen starts to get off course, the yoke is used to pull it back. Even though an oxen is very powerful, this small yoke keeps it from doing what it wants to do. Perhaps you're living with a yoke today, and you don't realize it. You wonder why you can't get ahead or why everything is a struggle. It's because of a yoke that is dragging you down.

Poverty, lack, and barely getting by are a yoke. Negative words that were spoken over you become a yoke when they cause you to shrink back. You have to declare what Isaiah stated, "The anointing on my life is breaking every yoke." Every time you say, "I am anointed," chains are broken. Fear has to leave. Depression has to go. Healing comes. Strength comes. Faith comes. Yahweh's burden-moving, yoke-destroying power will set you free!

PRAYER FOR TODAY:

_"Father, thank You for Your anointing that is at work in my life to destroy every yoke and set me free. Thank You that I am anointed with the strength, the peace, and the confidence I need. I believe that You are releasing a fresh anointing on my life today. In Yeshua's' Name, Amen."_

TODAY'S WORD:
*“That Day”*

As the Israelites were about to cross the Jordan River into the Promised Land, Yahweh told Joshua, "Today, I will begin to make you great in the eyes of all the Israelites." Yahweh was saying, "Joshua, this is your moment. I'm about to endorse you. People are going to see the greatness I've put in you. You've been in the background serving Moses, being faithful, but today you're coming into the foreground." Not long after that, Joshua led the Israelites into the Promised Land, and "that day" Yahweh established Joshua as their leader.

Yahweh has a "that day" for you, a time when He will cause you to stand out, where you will accomplish things you never dreamed you could accomplish. You will know it, and the people around you will see the greatness in you. You have talent, creativity, ability, courage, and strength, and it's going to come out in a greater way. Yahweh wants to shine His glory through you and make you an example of His goodness.

TODAY'S WORD:
*Be Committed*

We're all tempted to give up on what we're believing for, to walk away from someone who disappoints us, to slack off at work and not be our best because we're not being treated right. But if you're going to reach your highest potential, you have to stay committed. You have a made-up mind that you're in it for the long haul. It may be difficult, you may have a good reason to walk away, but don't take the easy way out. Stay committed to your marriage, stay committed to raising that child, stay committed to your friends in the good times and in the tough times. Stay committed to your dreams. Don't give up on the promises Yahweh put in your heart when it's taking longer than you thought. Stay committed to your job, and stay committed to your church. Be loyal, be somebody others can count on every day.

The people who see their dreams come to pass are the people who stay committed. God rewards consistent, faithful, committed people.

TODAY'S WORD:
*Anointed but Not Appointed*

After David was anointed to be the next king of Israel, he didn't go to the palace. He went back to caring for his father's sheep. He was anointed before he was appointed. Doing what seemed like a menial job, he kept being his best and proved to Yahweh his faithfulness. When King Saul needed someone to play soothing music for his bouts of depression, someone recommended David as an excellent musician. For David, who had been discounted, overlooked, and forgotten, promotion came calling his name. He was suddenly working in the palace for the king. He didn't make it happen; the king sent for him.

As with David, you have the anointing, the promise, the calling, but you won't go straight to the throne. How you respond when you're anointed but not appointed will determine whether you make it to the palace. You have to be your best right where you are. When you pass the test of being faithful in the small, get ready for opportunities that come looking for you.

PRAYER FOR TODAY:

_"Father, thank You that You have given me both an anointing and an appointing. Thank You that You are taking me through a preparation process to get me to my appointment. I believe that I will pass the faithfulness test of being my best and get to where You are taking me. In Yeshua's mighty Name, Amen."_

Anointing comes before appointment, Yahweh's plan.

TODAY'S WORD:
*A Fresh Supply*

When the Israelites were in the desert headed toward the Promised Land, Yahweh gave them manna to eat each morning. It was something like bread that formed on the ground and only lasted for one day before spoiling. Every morning you had to gather a fresh supply. Similarly, Yeshua taught us to pray, “Give us this day our daily bread.” He didn’t say our weekly bread. Every day you need to go to Yahweh for your wisdom and direction. The word “manna” in Hebrew is translated, “What is it?” When we go to Yahweh daily for that fresh manna, the right attitude is, “Yahweh, what is it that You want me to do? What is the right path today?”

Are you getting your daily manna? Are you checking in to get your brand-new assignment each morning, asking Yahweh, “What is it?” It’s available. It has your name on it. Remember, you can’t live off yesterday’s manna. Take time each day to ask Yahweh to lead you down the right paths for your life.

_“Father, thank You that I can come to You for my daily wisdom and direction for my life. Thank You for the new assignments and fresh ideas You give. Show me the right path for my life, and replenish my supply of grace to overcome every challenge I face. In Yeshua's Name, Amen.”_
