MON. JAN 12TH 2026.

Let's Pray,

He that heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds. He that counts the number of the stars and gives names to all of them is our Lord great , abundant in strength and His understanding is infinite. He supports the afflicted and brings down the wicked to the ground. Sing to Him with thanksgiving and praises to our God on the lyre, He Who covers the heavens with clouds, Who provides rain for the earth, Who makes grass to grow on the mountains and gives to the beast its food, And to the young ravens which cry. He neither delights in the strength of the horse; nor take pleasure in the legs of a man. The Lord favors those who fear Him and wait for His lovingkindness. Praise the Lord, O ye heirs of His Kingdom! Praise your God, O brethren ! For He has strengthened the bars of your gates and blessed your sons within you. He makes peace in your borders and satisfies you with the finest of the wheat. He sends forth His command to the earth; His word runs very swiftly. He gives snow like wool; He scatters the frost like ashes. He casts forth His ice as fragments; Who can stand before His cold? He sends forth His word and melts them; He causes His wind to blow and the waters to flow. He declares His words to the chosen, His statutes and His ordinances to His covenant people. He has not
dealt thus with any nation; And as for His ordinances, they have not known them. Praise the Lord!

Psalms 147:3-20 NASB1995

Thematic Scriptures; Romans 8:14-15
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are sons of God. For you did not receive again the spirit of bo***ge to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we call out, “Abba, Father”.

Proverbs 3:1-2
Romans 8:16
John 1:12
Luke 15:11-32
Matthew 21:28-40

~Origin of the concept of sonship on the earth biblically? Luke 3:37-38 ;Genesis 4:17 ; Genesis 6:4
~Sonship and human nomenclature system in the biblical view and african traditional view?
-who gives the surname
~What sonship entails?
~What differentiates sons from servants? Luke 15:11 -32
~Sonship and discipleship? Luke 14: 25-34
~What differentiates sonship from children?
~What differentiates sonship from a servant?
~Identity of sonship through Jesus Christ?
~Cost of Sonship in reference to Jesus Christ?

We were not called to live as strangers or wanderers in the body of Christ but to be sons of God. There's much more than just being called and becoming servants. Before even we can become servants of God in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, first we became children. Therefore if sons then heirs and if heirs then co-heirs with Jesus Christ who is the firstborn of all. We are therefore part of the firstfruits I.e the firstborn sons of God through Jesus Christ through whom we are represented in heaven right now.

But you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of righteous men made perfect, and to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks of better things than that of Abel.
Hebrews 12:22-24

Sons not born of human flesh but born out of the imperishable seed. Being sons we received the spirit that cries Abba Father and testifying to us that we are sons of God.
No longer carrying the Spirit of fear but the Spirit of adoption dwells in us.
Sonship can't be complete with the absence of the Father. And therefore we should understand that the same Spirit of adoption we have received connects us to the matters of fatherhood therefore introducing us to God as our Father.

At What Cost did we became sons of God?
The cost at which we received the clearance to become sons of God was originally first based on God's purpose and His saving plan upon us all.
God's plan for salvation begins when the first man sins and is displaced from his rightful position as a son of God through iniquities and thus death is ushered in.
Remember this was the firstborn son of God in flesh who is appearing on the face of the earth. He loses his rightful position and the sonship in him dies being replaced by iniquities and therefore God's saving plans begins. For the wages of sin is death and the gift of God is eternal life.
Romans 6:20-23 (KJV) For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.
What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.
But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Through sins we became slaves and therefore God's had to ensure all redemptive and adoption costs had to be paid for us to be freed and through power that is found in the blood of Jesus Christ we become sons.
His word came that all who hears it and are willing receive redemption (John 8:32) and through the power (Romans 1:16-17) bestowed upon the word that they may be saved.
At the cross through Jesus Christ the price God initiated was beyond what we could have ever deserved for we were countrymen and slaves in the streets of sin. He had to deal with the mindset of slavery in us first so as we could become free men who were then ready to be born and adopted into the family that had already paid the cost I.e The family of Christ our saviour.

In the price paid through Jesus Christ's cross;
This is the cost God paid for sonship 👇;
~ Redemption Cost- a ransomned price was paid. His life was given for all both willing and unwilling that all who wishes to walk into the fullness of God's purpose and will. God paid a price for humanity's redemption through Jesus's death, making full payment for everything lost in the fall.
~Adoption Cost- Having promised to prepare a place for all who were former illegitimate to inherit the purpose of the Father but now have full access unto abundance of all in the Father through Jesus Christ.
~Power was shed I.e laid at the feet of Jesus Christ through His blood that all who have received him can now be counted as the legitimate sons of God having access to authority and power in His name.
~A sacrifice of love:
God gave His Son as a sacrifice to counteract the lies of worthlessness and degradation, showing the quality of love He experiences and wants to share with the human family.
~His will:
God predestined us to sonship through Jesus "according to the good pleasure of his will," meaning it was a sovereign choice made by God and not based on human merit.

What we need to learn from God's Cost on Sonship on the world through Jesus Christ;
~It was in God's plan for all to be saved.
~We are all predestined for God's will.
~Just as the price was paid in the Father's name thus it is the name carry.
~God loved us from the beginning. John 3:16-17

THEME: BENEFITS OF WAITING ON GOD

Thematic Scripture:
Acts 1:4, 7-8 (KJV) And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.
And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Jesus Christ knew that the disciples would soon be alone and they needed the power of God to sustain them in this tempting world that is full of trials.
Jesus Christ speaking unto them, instructs them to wait until the Holy Spirit who was the promise of God unto them comes. By His help they would testify and become witnesses for God's work that was yet to be accomplished unto all flesh.

We live in a world where almost everything has been digitalised such that men no more have to wait for long as it was in the past. This is mostly deprived most of the virtue of patience thus making many to lack the confidence in most things where patience is essential. In one way or another almost all flesh on the face of the land have been waiting and after waiting they will wait again for something else. Just because I waited for you yesterday it doesn't mean that tonight I won't have to wait for something else.

What matters most is not waiting but what you waiting for some are waiting for the destruction of their souls as some waits for the salvation of their souls. In all as much as the purpose is different but patience has to be embraced.
Let's now dive into the benefits of waiting on God;
1. Waiting builds our trust and confidence in God's promises.
Many are the times we wait and finally when the start and the end is connected our hope, trust and confidence in God is immensely solidified.
Job 42:6

2. Waiting on God brings deliverance and salvation.
For four generations the nation of God had to wait in a foreign land and after 430 years it was delivered out of the hand of the enemy. Laments and giving up weakens our inner man and gives us to our enemy to be slayed.
In Psalms 40:1 David expresses his joy after being lifted of God out of the pit and the laughter that had prevailed and tormented him for long.

3. Waiting is a path leading to self-realisation, self-examination and realignment.
~Through waiting we get to know that we were not meant for things we thought they were meaningful unto us. Through the valleys and mountains our faith grows positioning us to trust God for greater things.
~As we wait on God we realise that there are some things in our lives that has been the source of some delays to our blessings and as such our hearts are deeply examined and thereafter there is alignment unto God's will.

4. Waiting on God prepares us for greater heights by building character.
Through waiting we develop patience which develops experience.
Romans 5:4-5 (KJV) And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

5. Waiting on God prepares us for new strength.
Isaiah 40:29-31, Acts 1:7
~The disciples are waiting and in this waiting we realise the end result is power that is received upon them through the Holy Spirit. In this waiting on God, we are actively engaging the word of God, in prayers, fellowship of brethrens, breaking bread, in apostles' doctrines and intensely immersed ourselves into the knowledge of God.
6. Waiting on God leads to repentance.
As we wait on God for some things and promises we get to realise that there are some moments of our lives we need to repent and allow our hearts saturated in God's word, will and presence.

2 Peter 3:9-10 (KJV) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

7. Waiting on God teaches as to honor God's timing.
It demonstrates faith that God's timing is perfect, even if it differs from our own desires.
Psalm 144:1 Blessed be the LORD, my rock, who trains my hands for war ...

May peace, favour and the grace of God be granted unto you all. Blessed be the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ 🙏. Amen

There you have it. Enjoy.

THEME: LIVING IN THE SECRET PLACE

Thematic Scripture:
John 4:23-24 (KJV) But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Living in the secret place provides practical guidance on how to enter this sacred space, shut out worldly distractions, overcome spiritual struggles, and experience God's power and protection in their lives. The secret place is a spiritual, non-physical location of intense communion and exchange with God, accessible through solitary prayer and by aligning one's heart with God's will. We will always be getting it wrong if all we can associate with the secret place is the physical locations and meetings we hold. We give our more emphasis on a life whose patterns can be traced in God's will and purpose. Nurturing a close, personal relationship with God, beyond just outward religious practices

In Psalms 91 the psalmist introduces us to something profound unto all who have their trust and hope anchored in God as they wait. The scripture speaks of those who dwells in the secret place of God and to them they shall abide under the shadow of the LORD Almighty. Additionally God will be their refuge and fortress. Now then where is the secret place of God? The secret place of God is neither the prayer mountains you frequently visit nor the church nor fellowships you do always attend. Entering the secret place is connecting your spirit to the Spirit of God. Downloading and bringing the information of the immortals and carrying it into human system. As if it is not what you have heard or seen, we enter the secret place of God and therein we have access to the deep things of God. These are the things lecturers have no clue about but the things which the Spirit of God unravels unto men. (Jeremiah 33:3 ) Call unto me and I shall answer you and show you great unsearchable things you know nothing about.

This is a meeting point in the spiritual realm where divinity and humanity interacts bringing the glorious manifestations of God unto men. Some men you meet may never be who you think until you enter the meetings of immortality where your spirit is directly receiving informative signals and downloading from the Spirit of God. We are not physical statues but instrumentals programmed for God's glory that can enter into His Holy place and come out refined beyond what nature expects. When our live as subscribers of the life in secret place we begin to function as men whose understanding and operations are beyond what nature sustains.

Keys aspects of life hatched out in the secret place;
1. Consistency of intense desire to pursue the things of God.
He speaks through His servant Jeremiah saying you shall seek Him and find Him when thou seekest Him diligently with your own heart.(Jeremiah 29;13) And when finally you have found Him the scripture emphasizes that in His presence there's abundance of peace and joy. This is the peace surpassing human understanding and in that peace our rest is found .
Acts 3:1

2. Great sensitivity towards the things of the Spirit.
When men connect their spirits to God their spirits becomes much sensitive to what the Spirit of God is relaying to them every moment.

3. Great insight through dreams and visions
Dreams and visions does not only increase in their frequency but also there is a great revelations to what God relays through them.
Habakkuk 2:1

4. Transformation of the inner man.
Due to intense interaction between ones spirit and the Spirit of God the inner man gain more weight and capacity to operate beyond the flesh. One's connections with the spiritual realm becomes heightened.

5. Diminished returns from the actions of the flesh.
Galatians 5:19-21 mentions the actions of the flesh and as we get into the secret place we realise that the envy, lust, fornication, adultery, uncleanness, lasciviousness, witchcraft, idolatry, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, murders, drunkeness, revellings and such like lose its essence and impact in our lives.

6. A life hatche out in the secret places embraces more on waiting upon God than making any sign of motion. We learn this from Simeon and Prophetess Anna in Luke 2:20-40

May God's grace and favour be intensely multiplied upon you all.

There you have it.

THEME: UNDERSTANDING GOD- GIVEN ASSIGNMENT.

Thematic Scripture: Timothy 3:16-17 (KJV) All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

The assignment God has given us is through His word, and therefore, it's only through meditation, studying, and acting in accordance to His word that His assignment is revealed unto us. Just like in our daily lives we must enroll for courses and be partakers in the lessons being administered and meet all the minimum requirements for us to be qualified students for assignments, tests and evaluation the same case has been extended unto us as believers. Not enrolled yet, we want to take lessons? Not registered for examination yet we want to be partakers? Not studying yet, we want to sail successfully through the tests? It can't be that way.

Scriptural references: 1 Chronicles 28:19 (KJV) All this said David, the LORD, made me understand in writing by his hand upon me, even all the works of this pattern.
Jeremiah 33:3 (KJV) Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
Psalms 119:104-105 (KJV) Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Philippians 3:9-10 (KJV) And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

In the pursuit of understanding our God-given assignment as believers, we first ought to know the way, and the truth which is only found the word before embracing any other dimensions of spiritual operations. Knowing the way and the truth that is found in the word of God helps you solve the questions " How?" , "why ?" and "when ?" The scripture says we know not to pray, then how will we pray it goes further and states how we will pray such that the Holy Spirit is the one who takes through this assignment as our helper. We have tried casting out demons and still fail why,👉 then the Way [Jesus Christ, John14:6 , I am the way the truth and the life] answers "This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting " Mark 9:29/ Matthew 17: 21. Jesus Christ, as the way and the truth is answering me and you why some things won't necessarily work as we expect. Still asking yourself, then when will the time come for your assignment to be submitted for review (judgement and rewarding, crowning). Our assignment comes to an end when the intended purpose for the called has been accomplished. Matthew 24:14 (KJV) And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

We have a calling that we may allow ourselves to flow with the pace and the direction of the Holy Spirit. It's the Spirit of God revealing deep things, even the hidden ones to the sons of God, and so allowing the Holy Spirit guides us through all truth and righteousness.
👉 Ways in which we can understand , embrace, and pursue God given assignments.

1. Reading and meditation of the word of God. Psalms 119:88-89 (KJV) Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I keep the testimony of thy mouth. For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. An implication that the assignment already God planned it since the foundations of the earth were laid.

2. Through praying and fasting ~In a genuine heart, prayer, and fasting tend to take away our spiritual blindness and position us in a manner that our hearts posture becomes more alert to the deep things of God. Mark the word "genuine heart" for not all that are Praying and fasting will receive that purpose of God but only those with the genuineness of the heart and not of outlook. 👉 These people honour me with their words, but their hearts are afar off from me.

3. Mentorship and seeking Godly counsel ~ We are living in an era where everyone thinks he is right until he proves himself wrong. This is unacceptable for me and you, especially when the master hasn't yet affirmed what we are to do. I would rather sit on a stone on the nearby river than start doing what I don't know. In short, mentorship and guidance are essential for everyone who desires to understand his God-given assignment. Remember, in the same manner He, God blesses men through men, He is also capable of revealing your message to you through someone ahead of you.

4. Waiting patiently and listening from God.
Another area of our spiritual weakness or deficit is the inability to patiently wait and listen. You speak a lot through prayers for three and a half hours, but do you take time to listen to that low still voice of God?
5. Identify your spiritual gifts ~ God creates everyone with a purpose and gifts; identifying these gifts is a crucial part of discovering your assignment. Ask trusted spiritual leaders to help you recognize the gifts God has placed in you.

6. Look for Signs of Confirmation:
God's leading often comes as an inner nudge rather than an audible voice. Watch for a strong sense of peace in your spirit, confirmation from trusted people, or signs of fruit and blessing in specific areas of your life.

7. Stay Open and Available:
Be ready to follow through with God's assignment, even if it doesn't align with your personal ambitions. Fulfilling a small, clear assignment can often lead to clarity on larger issues.

Heavenly Father, my prayer and desire that may you enable us stay awake on your purpose and understand your will more than our prioritized cares. In the Mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen

May you have a great blessed day ahead.

THEME: FAITHFUL INTERCESSION

Thematic Scripture: Ezekiel 22:29-31 (KJV) The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully.
And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.
Therefore have I poured out mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Lord GOD.

From the beginning of times and ages God has always been using men as blessings, send warnings and even to punish the rebels against Him. Most of these men have been seen earlier operating in different fields in which they were seemingly busy but God chose them for His work. He has been looking for busy men like you and me to come and be vessels for Him. Unlike many think it's not the lazy that God has been looking for, His call is for all men and moreso for you who thinks you have a lot to do. Jeremiah 48:10 states, "Cursed is he who does the work of the LORD with slackness" (ESV). This verse condemns those who are lazy or negligent in carrying out God's work.

A typical example of Elisha who was a farmer meets a new master in the Lord, Elijah whom he starts seeing as a father to him. He left the twelve oxen for God's work. God calls Paul into ministry, a tent maker and a serious persecutor of christians in his old self. He goes for Amos the dresser of the sycamore tree. The same is still happening unto this day. He is looking for busy men not the qualified men. He calls, equips and commissions them for His purpose.

Scriptural references
Isaiah 6:8
Nehemiah 1: 1-11
Ezra 10: 1-6
Exodus 32:30-35 (KJV) And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses said unto the people, Ye have sinned a great sin: and now I will go up unto the LORD; peradventure I shall make an atonement for your sin.
And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold.
Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin--; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.
Therefore now go, lead the people unto the place of which I have spoken unto thee: behold, mine Angel shall go before thee: nevertheless in the day when I visit I will visit their sin upon them.
And the LORD plagued the people, because they made the calf, which Aaron made.

"Then I sought for a man", He, God is speaking to men as He seeks for a man who will stand in the gap. Why is this message being released to men yet God is looking for a man? Understand that not all men will diligently and passionately with ultimate faithfulness be willing to submit to God. Many are available but a few will be willing for God's purpose. Till today we have many of Gehazi in the ministries but a few like Elisha. They will be willing to get the fruits of prophesy (ministry) but unwilling to pursue the assignment upon which they have been called to execute. Elisha goes after his master tirelessly until at the last moment Elijah is taken up in a chariot of fire.

Yes, the twelve are at the table with Jesus Christ during the last supper and after almost three and a half years but who is this Judas Iscarriot after all this period? What was his assignment from the beginning? Yes, I Jesse I have many elegant sons who seem to be of substance but who is this David 🤔? That God is much delighted in? Why would God be looking one man in a class of 300 men with titles? Because He is not looking for titles but faithful intercessors who can stand in the gap between Him and His people that they may listen to Him.

Who's this Mordecai? Who's this Esther? Who's is this Anna the prophetess? Luke 1: 26-39 Who's this Hannah whose womb is used to carry a man taking a levite position, prophet and a judge at the same time yet He is not of Levi. Until your heart has fully come to the understanding of the assignment and the purpose of God for you being summoned for Him you will continue living in a state of such questions.

The world is wickedly advancing and for that reason God has raised you to be on the altar to make things align to God's will and purpose. Bloody times have rocked your nations and kingdoms yet you still need an explanation for your call. Be on the watch ⌚️. He is looking for true worshippers who will worship Him in truth and in spirit and not entertainers, jokers or fame campaigners. Stadia can be filled yet no presence of God at all. Large crowds won't translate to revival, brother, sister , sir please leave your chair of honour and sincerely endose your knees into the battle.

These three things intercessors need to be aware and not to forget a single aspect of it.
~ Prophetic intercession- the pillar of intercession going ahead of times and checking things to make everything right.
~ Gatekeepers/ Watchmen - Stands upon the word awaiting for God's will to be accomplished for none of His Word shall fail. He is not a son of man to tell lies not a human who will regret. His word is yes and Amen.
~ Burden bearers - Exodus 23:5 , Nehemiah 1, Ezra 10 ; stands in the gap and pleads for God's mercies against all ungodliness committed upon the land. Cries unto the LORD that the land and God's people may be preseved.

I pray that may God's assignment upon your life cause your sight and vision to be more clearer that you shall no longer be a dreamer but a carrier of God's purpose upon your life in the Mighty name of Jesus Christ ✨️.

And the evening was not a day to slumber but an hour to wage wars in the spiritual dimensions.
Have a great and blessed day.
Shalom.
