God knows everything about you and your enemy.
'Like an open book, you watched me grow from conception to birth; all the stages of my life were spread out before you, the days of my life all prepared before i''d even lived one day. ( Psalms 139.16)

Wr ought to tfust Giod because He has information about everything and everyone imcluding the devil. God knows everything about you and nothing is hidden from him. He also knows the strategy that the enemy is using in that battle you are fighting. He therefore, has the best counter strategy for that war. Have you ever heard of keep your friends close and your enemies closer! For you to win the battle you need to know the enemy and his devices.

When you know the enemy, you will know how they are likely to strike meaning you can preempt their moves. Afterall God created both you and the enemy and hence has all the weapons and arsenals and strategies of fighting the battles and the one that works better. Therefore take heart and put all your trust in God who is the general of heavens armies.

And when Jesus was in Bethany at the house of Simon the l***r , a woman came to him having an alabaster flask of very costly fragrant oil. And she poured it on his head as He sat at the table. Assiredly; i say to you , wherever this gospel is preached in the world , what this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her. (Mathew 26:6-13)

Lesson

Despite all this, she found herself in a terrible situation where her brother had died. and Jesus had delayed to come to her rescue. She was priviledged to be part of Jesus "inner circle" yet
She faced a real battle as her brother had been taken ill and she had been trusting Jesus to come and heal him. Sometimes when you encounter battles , you may wonder and ask yourself, iif you are a child of God, such questions may cross your mind, i trust in the Lord, i tithe, i give and i serve the Lord. I am a good person , why then face the battles? Its because the moment you accepted Christ as Lord and Saviour, the battle lines were drawn between the camp of the devil and you. By being born again you enlisted yourself as a soldier for a war that has been going on for years. Be a good cheer and charge forward with boldness and confidence. You will win.
