ANGEL GABRIEL (JIBREEL)
One day Rasöölillah ﷺ asked Jibreal ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ , "Have you ever travelled at full speed?"
Jibreal ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ said, "Yes, on four occasions."
Rasöölillah ﷺ asked, "What were the four occasions?"
Jibreal ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ said, "First time was when Ibrāheem ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ was placed in Nimrud's fire. At the time I was near the Arsh-Throne. Allāh ordered me to cool the fire. I left the Arsh and descended seven heavens in time.
Second time was when Ibrāheem ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ was about to sacrifice his son Ishmael ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ in Mina. Allāh ordered me to replace his son with a lamb, before Ibrāheem ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ struck with his knife.
Third time was when, the brothers of Yusuf ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ threw him into the well. Allāh ordered me to save Yusuf ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ , I rushed and placed my wing underneath Yusuf ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ before he reached the bottom of the well.
And the final time was when you, Ya Rasöölillah ﷺ , injured your tooth at the battle of Uhud. Allāh'Sūbhanahu'Wa ta'ala ordered me to stop your blood reaching the ground, otherwise no plant or tree would grow, till the end of the world. Hearing this, I rushed and saved your blood with my wings."

Story of a Newborn's Conversation with Allahﷻ

A baby asked Allahﷻ, "They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?"

Allahﷻ said, "Your angel will be waiting for you and will take care of you."

The child further inquired, "But tell me, here in heaven I don't have to do anything but sing and smile to be happy.."

Allahﷻ said, "Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you. And you will feel your angel's love and be very happy."

Again the small child asked, "And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me if I don't know the language?"

Allahﷻ said, "Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak."

"And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?"

Allahﷻ said, "Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray." 🤲

"Who will protect me?"

Allahﷻ said, "Your angel will defend you even if it means risking its life."

"But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore."

Allahﷻ said, "Your angel will always talk to you about Me and will teach you the way to come back to Me, even though I will always be next to you."

At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from Earth could be heard and the child hurriedly asked, "Ya Allah, if I am to leave now, please tell me my angel's name."

Allahﷻ said, "You will simply call her, " Mom ."

"And We have enjoined on man to be dutiful and kind to his parents. His mother bears him with hardship and she brings him forth with hardship, and the bearing of him, and the weaning of him is thirty (30) months."

A STORY OF A MAN WHO WAS GOING TO OFFER "FAJR" PRAYER AT THE MASJID!!

A man woke up early in order to Pray the Fajr Prayer in the masjid. He got dressed, made his ablution and was on his way to the masjid. On his way to the masjid, the man fell and his clothes got dirty. He got up, brushed himself off, and headed home. At home, he changed his Clothes, made his ablution, and was, again, on his way to the masjid. On his way to the masjid, he fell again and at the Same Spot! He, again, got up, brushed himself off and headed home. At home he, once again, changed his clothes, made his ablution and was on his way to the masjid. On his way to the masjid, he met a man holding a lamp. He asked the man of his identity and the man replied 'I Saw You Fall Twice on your way to the masjid, So I Brought a Lamp so I can Light Your Way.' The first man thanked him profusively and the two were on their way to the masjid. Once at the masjid, the first man asked the man with the lamp to come in and pray Fajr with him. The second man refused.The first man asked him a couple more times and, again, the answer was the same. The first man asked him why he did not wish to come in and pray. The man replied I am Shaitaan (devil/ evil) The man was shocked at this reply. Shaitan went on to explain, 'I saw you on your way to the masjid and it was I who made you fall. When you went home, cleaned yourself and went back on your way to the masjid, Allah forgave all of your sins. I made you fall a second time, and even that did not encourage you to stay home, but rather, you went back on your way to the masjid. Because of that, Allah forgave all the sins of the people of your household. I was AFRAID if I made you fall one more time, then Allah will forgive the sins of the people of your village, so I made sure that you reached the masjid safely..

'So do not let Shaitan benefit from his actions.Do not put off a good that you intended to do as you never know how much reward you might receive from the hardships you encounter while trying to achieve that good!!

Do you know why we recite ATTA'HIYYAAT, in every Salah?

Attahiyyaat is a very important 'Dua' we repeat it in our daily prayers.
When I came to know the background, it actually melted my heart.❤

Attahiyat is actually a part of a conversation between Our Creator Allah SWT and our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) during his journey of Al Isra Wal Miraj.

When Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) met Allah SWT, he didn't say 'Assalam aleikum'.
What is someone going to say when he meets Allah SWT ?
We can't wish HIM peace because ALL sources of peace are through HIM.

So Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said:

"Attahiyyaatu Lillahi Was Salawatu Wattayyibatu"

(All compliments, all prayer and worship are for Allah)

Allah replied:
"Assalamu Alaika Ayyuhannabiyyu 'WarahmatullahiWabarka'tuhu"

(Peace be upon you, Oh Prophet and Allah's Mercy and Blessings).

To this, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) replied:
"Assalamu Alaina Wa'ala'Ibadillahis Saa'liheen"

(Peace be on us and on all good slaves of Allah)

Note*
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) included "us" in his reply...
(and on all good slaves of Allah)

And listening to this conversation between Allah and His Messenger (pbuh), the Angels said:
"Ash'had'u'un La ilahaillallahu Wa Ash'hadu Anna Muhammadun Abd'uhu Wa Rasooluh"

(I bear witness that no one is worthy of worship except Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger).

Subhan Allah!
I now know the background of this conversation and its importance in our daily prayers and how the Salat was prescribed to us.🌹

1. Definition:
Obligatory charity due on every Muslim before the Eid Al-Fitr prayer that is given to a specified group of recipients.

2. Wisdom?
👉 Purification for those who fasted from indecent talk and acts, 👉To feed/give sustenance to the poor Muslims
👉 To express gratitude to Allah for enabling the Muslim to complete the fast of Ramadhan.

3. Ruling? : Zakaat-ul-Fitr is Obligatory/Compulsory (Waajib).

4. Upon? :
Every Muslim, young or old, male or female, free or enslaved, who has food exceeding his and his family’s Eid day and night requirements.

5. Amount? :
One Saa3 (about 2.5kg) 1of the staple food of the land. E.g. Rice, barley, dates, flour etc., with every type of food having its own specific weight.

6. Who pays it? :
The head of the household gives/disburses Zakat-ul-Fitr for himself and on behalf of all his dependents. (Wife, children etc.)

7.paying money??
The obligation of zakat cannot be discharged with money according to most of the scholars of Islam.

8. Time of Obligation: After sunset on the last day of Ramadhan.

9. When to Disburse/Pay? :
Permissible time period: Maximum of one or two days before Eid.
👉Best time to disburse: The morning just before the Eid prayers.

👉Disbursing it after the Eid Prayers: isn’t accepted and is considered ordinary alms giving.

10. Where to Disburse? :
👉Preferably at place of residence, then to other places that are in need if necessary.

11. Recipients? :
👉The poor and the needy muslims only.

May Allah accept our fasts and other forms of ibaadaat.
