WORD OF GOD AT 9:00 AM

Ezekiel 3:22-24, 26-27
The hand of the Lord came upon me, and he said to me: Get up and go out into the plain, where I will speak with you. So I got up and went out into the plain, and I saw that the glory of the Lord was in that place, like the glory I had seen by the river chebar. I fell prone, but the spirit entered into me and set me on my feet, and he spoke with me. He said to me: Go shut yourself in your house. I will make your tongue stick to your palate so that you will be dumb and unable to rebuke them for being a rebellious house. Only when I speak with you and open your mouth, shall you say to them: Thus says the Lord God! Let him heed who will, and let him resist who will, for they are a rebellious house.

LESSON

✝️ God love obedience but hate disobedience.✝️

✝️ God does not force himself to anyone.✝️

✝️ God uses his people to deliver his knowledge and wisdom to his people.✝️

✝️ God also uses his Spirit in building his Kingdom.✝️

🔸Since God has given you the authority to choose, Who is your Master?

🔸God has called each one of us to different vocations. Some are in religious vocations, marriage vocation, etc. How well do you represent Christ in your calling?

🔸Have you swept your temple so the Holy Spirit can have a place to live in?

Matthew 6:33
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

REFLECTION

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, our heavenly Father values our personal relationship with him more than anything else.
Kingdom of God and his righteousness is found in the fulfilment of the two greatest commandments.

The First commandment teaches us to love our God with all our hearts, with all minds and with our soul. All who love God, follows the teachings of love. True love does not break the commandments that God gave to Moses for the sake of his people whom we are today. Obedience is the only way we express love to our God.

The second commandment teaches us to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. This commandment set the standards through which we can express love to our neighbors.

According to the standard, love is fully expressed when we are able to treat our neighbors as we would like them to treat us. Love for our neighbors exclude none. We are called to treat our friends and our enemies with dignity. This is what differentiates between the followers of Christ from others.

"and all these things will be given to you as well."

Whatever we ask if faith, having played our role as followers of Christ, will be given to us as well.

THE WORD OF GOD

John 8:4-9
"Teacher," they said to Jesus, "this woman was caught in the very act of commiting adultery. In our law Moses commanded that such a woman must be stoned to death. Now, what do you say?" They said this to trap Jesus, so that they could accuse him. But he bent over and wrote on the ground with his finger. As they stood there asking him questions, he straightened himself up and said to them, "Whichever one of you has committed no sin may through the first stone at her." Then he bent over again and wrote on the ground. When they heard this, they left, one by one, the older ones first. Jesus was left alone, with the woman still standing there.

REFLECTION

Today, Jesus is teaching us to focus on personal spiritual growth. When he came on earth, he came for the sake of each one of us; individually.

Jesus asked people to throw a stone at the woman if only they had not committed sin.
As Christian, we are to set a good example to the lost.

To God no sin is greater than the other. Therefore as we lead others, we should lead them in the path that we have already walked through. Jesus taught by being a good example to us.

Morning Prayer At 5:00 AM.

Almighty God and Father, we thank you for the gift of life. Thank you for the blessings that you have bestowed upon us. Every good thing we have come from you.

Lord, we thank you for blessings attached to our name that are yet to come. For you are faithful and you are not like human being to cheat.

Every plan you have for our lives will come to pass in your right time. Give each one of us the Spirit of patience.

Hold our hands and direct our feet so that doubt may not interfere with your good work in our lives. For you are faithful to complete what you have started. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Romans 13:8
Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.

PRAYER

Dear God, thank you for teaching us to love. Sending your Son Jesus Christ on earth was a great expression of love for each one of us. Love that is pure.

Loving Father, help us live a life defined by true love. Fill us with the knowledge and wisdom of your truths.

Be with us wherever we go. Help us fight all the spirit of selfishness which strangles love to death. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Protect me , O God; I trust in you for safety. I say to the Lord, " You are my Lord; all the good things I have come from you" Those who rush to other gods bring many trouble on themselves. I will not take part in their sacrifices; I will not worship their gods.

REFLECTION

My brothers and sisters in Christ, trust in the Lord always. He has no history of letting people down. Whatever you ask in faith he will give you.

Faith comes from hearing the word of God. Faith is dependent on the word of God.

Those who trust in gods bring trouble to themselves. There is no witch doctor who has ever dealt with a problem once and for all like our God does. Whenever they visit gods their problems piles up.

Do not be cheated by those who have denied Christ Jesus so that you perish too. If you join their ways unless we offer to you healing and deliverance; you will forever remain a slave to the gods.

Trust in the Lord. If you are tempted like Christ was tempted, God will protect you.

PRAYER FOR GOODS MERCY

Dear God, you are my good Father whom I depend on for a better tomorrow. Keep me closer to you especially now that I am overwhelmed by the things that I seeing heading in the wrong directions.

Save my heart from all distress. Help me reason together with you so that all decisions I have to make may be pleasing to you.

Restore all that I have lost, O Lord. Bring peace and joy as I continue to trust in your unfailingly love.

Bless me, dear God. Let my going out and my coming in proclaim that you are with me and more importantly that you are for no matter how I am feeling today.

I entrust my tomorrow to you. You are our miracle working God. Touch my heart body and mind in ways that only you can. In Jesus name. Amen.

Dear God, we thank you for all that we have been able to do today. Thank you for the souls you have set apart for the sake of your Kingdom. Be with each one of them. Guard their hearts and minds from harm.

May your light shine in the world through each one of them according to your plan for their lives and for all that you will place in their hands.

We also offer the marriage calling to you. Touch men and women with your healing power. Heal all the broken hearts. Let there be peace and joy in every marriage according to your holy plan for all union. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
