The WORD of GOD is the HIGHEST legal AUTHORITY in heaven whenever you pray STAND on His WORD.
PRAYER gains CERTAINTY when it ECHOES the WORD of GOD because when you pray in HIS word heaven moves to ENFORCE it because it RECOGNIZES it.
Heaven ENFORCES what's already SETTLED,
PRAYER does not NECESSARILY negotiate but ALIGNS what was already ESTABLISHED.
When Jesus was tempted in the wilderness HE responded by," it is WRITTEN", He demonstrated what was WRITTEN cannot be erased.
HE demonstrated what was WRITTEN was already ESTABLISHED to bring the INFLUENCE and the POWER of GOD on earth.
He proved that scripture had sovereign AUTHORITY and GUARANTEE ( ISAIAH 55:10-11) to fulfill what was established.
(Psalm 138:2 )....."For you have MAGNIFIED your WORD above ALL your name"
God guarantees to PERFORM on the basis of His WORD,ONLY to His WORD.
