Akolosai 1:15-20
[15]Kristũ nĩ we mũhiano wa Ngai ũrĩa ũtoonekaga; nĩ we irigithaathi rĩa ciũmbe ciothe.
Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
[16]Ngai oombire indo ciothe na ũndũ wake, ituĩke ciake; iria irĩ thĩ na iria irĩ igũrũ, iria cionekaga na iria itoonekaga, o na moonene moothe na moothamaki, na maahinya.
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
[17]Kristũ aarĩ kuo mbere ya indo ciothe, na o kĩndũ kĩgĩaga na handũ haakĩo kĩũmbe thĩinĩ wa Jesũ.
And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
[18]Nĩ we mũtwe wa mwĩrĩ wake, na nĩguo kanitha. Nĩ we kĩhumo gĩa kanitha. Nĩ we maciaro ma mbere ma kũriũka kuuma kũrĩ akuũ, nĩguo maũndũinĩ moothe atuĩke no we wa mbere.
And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
[19]Nĩ gũkorwo Ngai nĩonire arĩ wega Mũũriũ ahaanane biũ naake.
For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
[20]Kwoguo Ngai nĩahũthĩrire Mũũrũwe nĩguo thĩ yothe ĩcookanwo naake. Ngai aahũthĩrire gĩkuũ kĩa Mũũriũ wake mũtharabainĩ nĩguo kũgĩe na thaayũ, na nĩ ũndũ ũcio indo ciothe, iria irĩ thĩ na iria irĩ igũrũ, igĩcookanwo naake.
And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
