Receiving Your Possession from God 🙏🔥
There are blessings that God has already released, but many believers are still living as if they are poor, defeated, or empty. Your possession is not something God is still thinking about giving you — it is something that already belongs to you in the spirit. The real battle is not about God giving; it is about you receiving.
1. God Has Already Prepared Your Possession
The Bible says in
Joshua 1:3 –
“Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you.”
Notice the wording:
“I have given” — not I will give.
This means:
Your healing is already prepared 🩺
Your breakthrough is already prepared 💼
Your destiny is already written 📜
But many people die in the wilderness while their promised land is waiting.
2. Possession Must Be Taken by Faith, Not Just Prayer
Prayer opens doors, but faith walks through them 🚪
The children of Israel prayed for deliverance, but when they reached Canaan, God told them to:
fight
move
and take the land
Some believers pray:
> “Lord, if it is your will, bless me.”
But God is saying:
> “It is already my will. Now arise and possess it.”
Faith is not just saying Amen — faith is acting like what God said is already true.
3. Delay Does Not Mean Denial
Sometimes your possession is delayed by:
fear
sin
doubt
or spiritual resistance ⚔️
The Israelites took 40 years to receive what was only 11 days away. The journey was short, but their mindset was not ready.
So if you feel stuck, it is not always because God said no. Sometimes it is because God is waiting for you to:
mature
believe
and step forward.
4. Spiritual Battles Often Guard Physical Possessions
In the spirit realm, blessings are often contested. This is why
Daniel prayed for 21 days before his answer arrived — not because God delayed, but because there was spiritual warfare blocking the delivery.
Your possession may already be released in heaven, but you must:
pray consistently
speak the Word
and refuse to give up
Persistence is what converts spiritual approval into physical manifestation.
5. You Must Recognize What Belongs to You
Some people lose their possessions because they don’t recognize them when they appear.
Opportunities often come disguised as:
hard work
small beginnings
or uncomfortable change
Your promotion may look like extra responsibility.
Your calling may look like pressure.
Your blessing may look like a risk.
6. Steps to Receive Your Possession from God
Here is a spiritual process you can follow:
1. Believe the promise 📖
What God said about you is true, even before you see it.
2. Speak it daily 🗣️
Life and death are in the power of the tongue.
3. Walk toward it 🚶
Do not wait for everything to be perfect. Move in faith.
4. Fight spiritually ⚔️
Use prayer, fasting, and the Word to resist opposition.
5. Refuse to settle for less 🛑
Never accept a wilderness life when God promised you Canaan
7. A Prophetic Reminder
Many people ask God for what they already have access to. You are not waiting for heaven to release your destiny — heaven is waiting for you to take possession of it.
What God has written over your life cannot be cancelled by man, witches, or circumstances. It can only be delayed by unbelief. When your faith rises, your possession manifests.
Prayer 🙏
Father, in the name of Jesus, I receive everything you have already prepared for my life. I reject delay, fear, and doubt. I step into my healing, my calling, my provision, and my destiny. What you have given me, I will no longer watch from a distance — I take possession today. Amen.
