It’s time to GET BACK UP.

Dust off your feet and keep moving forward!

Don’t let what happened yesterday keep you stagnant today.

Don’t allow a mistake, disappointment, rejection, setback, or difficult season convince you that your story is over.

Yesterday does not get to hold your tomorrow hostage.

Maybe you fell.

Get back up.

Maybe it didn’t work out how you thought.

Keep moving.

Maybe you’re tired.

Let God renew your strength.

Maybe you don’t know exactly what comes next.

Take the next step anyway.

You weren't created to live looking backward.

There is still purpose in front of you.

There is still ground to take.

There are still things God has called you to do!

Shake the dust off.

But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. Today, I celebrate another year of life, filled with challenges, growth, and joy. I'm grateful for every moment that has shaped me into the person I am today. Despite the ups and downs, I find countless reasons to be thankful. Thank you, Lord, for granting me another year of health, strength, and resilience. May I continue to live a long, healthy life, embracing each day with gratitude. 🙏❤️

To myself: Thank you for being strong, for enduring hardships, and for never giving up. Your unwavering spirit and the smiles you share with others are blessings. Keep going, and never regret the joy you bring to the world. 💪😊
