BISHOP MALALA SPEECH OF THE YEAR 2025 AS WE CELEBRATE OUR 14TH ANNIVERSARY.
I must thank God very much who stood with us throughout the year 2024. As we start this new year 2025, we are very optimistic that the Almighty God our Creator will see us through this year 2025. Let each one of us continue pursuing Success. Success is a journey, not a destination. It is a culmination of hard work, determination, resilience and perseverance. My encouragement to each one of us, please define your own success. Success means different things to different people, that is why you should not compete with other people. Continue moving at your own speed. Define what success looks like to yourself and chase it with passion and purpose. Never be discouraged because you experienced failure at some point, failure is part and parcel of life. Failure is Success turned inside out. Failure gives you an opportunity to learn, grow, and come back stronger. Every Successful person has experienced failure at some point. Success never happens overnight, it takes a consistent effort and demands for several things. Life is full of ups and downs, Successful people are resilient and able to bounce back from setbacks using them as opportunities of growth. One of the things I learned over the years, that each one of us should surround ourselves with the right people who cause positive influence. The people who surround you can either lift you up or bring you down. Make your goals very clear, plan in advance based on your goals. Life without a plan is life out of control, it is like a car without a steering wheel, without brakes, you cannot turn to your desired direction, you cannot stop it whenever you want to. Planning is Godly. With a plan, you are like a ship in the deep sea, with a Captain, a rudder, and a compass headed to a specific harbour. As we pursue our visions, Brethren, let us remain focused, and disciplined, being very conscious and discerning before taking any possible risks. Avoid
