ACCOUNTABILITY Part (2)
"Don't deceive yourself—true accountability, whether in spiritual things, business, health matters or relationships, requires:
1. Being teachable: Staying open to learning and growth.
2. Demonstrating adaptability: Willingness to change and improve.
3. Acknowledging your limits: Recognizing that you can achieve more with support.
4. Remaining humble: Accepting challenges and corrections with grace.
5. Following through on commitments: Consistently completing tasks and assignments as agreed upon, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
Proverbs 15:22: "Without counsel, plans go awry, but in the multitude of counselors they are established".
Proverbs 19:20: "Listen to counsel and receive instruction, that you may be wise in your latter days".
Proverbs 12:15: "The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but he who heeds counsel is wise".
Proverbs 24:6 "For by wise counsel you will wage your own war, and in a multitude of counselors there is safety".
Proverbs 27:17: "As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend".
How To Become Accountability:
1. Ask for it
2. Respond to the invitation
3. Watch/Observe - Actions
4. Serve him/her
5. Sow into it - time & treasure
6. Ask questions
7. Trust the Process
