this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.

He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.(1John.5.11 - 14)

As we give to God and invest in His kingdom, that’s where our hearts will be fixed and focused. Giving to God as a service prioritizes His agenda in our lives and again, evidence of our love for Him.
That is our command to invest in the eternal. God’s Word also tells us to be heavenly minded by setting our minds “on things above” (Colossians 3:2). If our priority is in the eternal and our sights are set on the life to come, that’s where our money will be directed—to benefit the kingdom of God.

Acts.17.28 - For in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, "For we are also His offspring. 29 - Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man's devising. 30 - Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent,
31 - because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead."
